If it was him, why he wanted to harass his own son? Is there is any connection between him and ambika..? why he wanted to go against poor sadhana?

Defoooontly..Therz connection b/w Him & CM... But whether hez the one whose behind all this isnt sure... I'm sure they wont disclose it within an epi... Something really gonna interesting z cumin up.. Nd I cant imagine if he really wants to hurt Sadi..... But I have never seen him strongly defending her wheneva Vasu use to blurt.. he use to react but then not enuf to stop Vasu.. So.. Whtz the intention wit this scene z to b watched out.....

I feel like Indrajit's ring being there means someone is trying to make the rift between Vasu and Indrajit stronger. That's all.

Yes, This is an attempt by 2 different persons, one is trying to frame Sadhna... so that it will ultimately provokes Alekh to go against Vasu..(most probably Choti ma) and the other person is trying to frame Indrajeet, so that there will be more confrontation between him and Vasu( most likly Satyen)
