Basic Needs

Santu's BASIC NEED not being met is bothering me....

People in DMs house are certainly very very selfish....Santo has been around this house for sometime now.....but not a single soul seems to care enough JUST FOR THE SAKE OF HUMANITY that atleast she be shifted to a cleaner room or an outhouse or something like that...Making her stay in that room littered with all the run down stuff, with no lights and just mouse and cockroaches for Santo's company is little too much......

Such a BIG house ....and not a room to spare....and inspite of all this ....holds her responsible for everything ...and find solace in only hurling abuses at her.....it really throws light to some real very dark RAVAN hiding in humans ....

i agree. there's no dharam inside the house, how much ever DM claims there is outside. no dharam towards a wife. the poor are insulted and abused. a poor orphan is brought in as a wife and left to the whims of a she-devil to be insulted, bullied and even de-robed.

Absolutely things are not right for santu but then it is the frustration of the people in the house coming out on her. It is the situation which is bad but they can for sure move her into a better room. Thankfully Birwa is nice to her and she can atleast talk to Champakalil.

Really is DM blind he is seeing her with only 2 sets of cloths....what about his so called daram to his own wife...i know she cant take his Kohinoor place but atleast he have to open his eyes and see what life santu is leading...betetr he steps inside santu room and checks the things even accidentally i wont mind.

I agree completely on this basic needs for Santu issue. Santu's physical needs of housing, clothing and walking around the house are not met. Her emotional needs are also completely neglected. She has no one to talk to besides Champa. Only time family including her husband talks to her is to yell and scream her. For a young child away from her family needs lots of support and love. It is pityful situation.😭
DM talks aboy justice and all but he has been unjust towards his wife. Dm has used Santu for his selfish advantage for his business and married her. It is his responsibility to take care of her. He even refused to let her enter in his bedroom what kind of humiliation it is for a wife to not enter her husband's room.

Am I right to assume that DM practises class discrimination? Even though he may not accept her as a wife, at least accept her as a human being. Make sure her basic needs are met.

Besides just class discrimination ,I also have hard time digesting the age difference. Don't take me wrong and i love this serial like all of us do.👏 What does 18 yr old know? Poor child is married off before she knows about anything to 50+ yrs old. Every time she is looked at or talked to , she is shaking like a leaf. Class discrimination is still there all over the world. In India it is out in the open and in western culture it is hush hush. 😡
Then again feel that this is tv and we are not discussing social changes in the world. Things have been there before i was around and will be there after i will be gone. I will try to not to take it to the heart and watch the IDIOT BOX just for the mere entertainment of it.😆
Meanwhile we all will cry tons of tears for poor, underprivilegdged, unedjucated, Now a mother(cow) less, abused, battered(DM did leave finger marks on her) Santu.😭
