Prithviraj Chauhan one enigmatic being who has a lot written about him, be it in history books, Amar Chitra Kathas, numerous websites, or just pure folklore passed down the ages in the form of stories, anecdotes and parables. It is but obvious that some of the stories are conflicting!
In captivity, Prithviraj refused to lower his gaze before Ghori. Ghori blinded him! Helpless Prithviraj sitting in the jail of Gaur. Mohammed Ghori: Muhammad Shahab ud-Din Ghori, originally named Mu'izzuddin Muhammad Bin Sam but famously known as Muhammad of Ghor, was an Afghan ruler under the Ghorid dynasty. He was also the governor of Ghazni province in modern Afghanistan. Muhammad attacked the north-western regions of the Indian subcontinent many times. The first time he was defeated in the First Battle of Tarain in present-day Haryana,India by Prithviraj Chauhan.
In some popular Hindu folklore woven around the bravery of Prithviraj, it is said that Ghori did not kill Prithviraj but rather blinded him. Subsequently, Prithviraj discharged a Shabdbhedi (an arrow which travels in a path created by sound waves) arrow, on being challenged by Ghori to do so. The arrow hit Ghori and subsequently he was killed. Muhammad Ghori is remembered as an empire builder and is justly called the founder of the Muslim Empire in Indo-Pakistan.
Ghori entered and presented Chan Bardai before him Chand Bardai the court poet of the Indian king Prithviraj III Chauhan. A native of Lahore, Chand Bardai composed the Prithviraj Raso, an epic poem in Hindi about the life of Prithviraj. A Bhat Brahman of Jagati gotra, he was the worshipper of goddess Saraswati, who gifted him with boon of Bardai. Chand Bardai was not only a court poet but was a member of the inner circle of the king. The poet accompanied the king during wars. He meet Prithviraj and was shocked looking at the Eligable and the Greatest worror of Hindustan (India) Prithviraj Chauhan.

What a moment. He cried out in great pain of seeing his heartiest friend in this condition and hugged him tightly.
Prithviraj had a v. thoughful plzn to defeate M. Ghori and to kill him and destroy him. He shared his intelligent and brilient thought with his friend Chand.The Royal poet managed to approach his king, and chalked out a plan to finish Ghauri. The Great poet of Prithviraj went to M. Ghori . Ghori ordered him to go to Delhi and tell the people that how they are defeated and he also insulted Prithviraj . Chand controled his anger and told Ghori about Prithviraj's "Sabd Bhadi Vaan Bidia Skill".He convinced Ghauri that the king was an expert in archery and he should be asked to display his skills. Ghori agreed. In the jail Prithviraj was showing hisSabd Bhadi Vaan Bidia Skill a soldier entered and presented food before Prithviraj Prithviraj used the Sabd Bhadi Vaan Bidia Skill and hit the soldier. On the other side Sanyogita the beautiful Queen of Delhi (Prithviraj Chauhan) and daughter of the King of Kannauj, Jaichand. She is a pampered and protected girl. Tales of her beauty had spread far. Her love for him is so strong that she defies her beloved father's wishes and chooses to run away with him. On the day of her swayamwar, she refuses to choose any of the princes present and instead openly declares her love by garlanding Prithviraj's statute kept at the door by her father. Soon, Prithviraj himself appears and they elope. This led to a rift between Delhi and Kannauj kingdoms which was taken advantage of by Sultan Muhammad Ghori of Afghanistan. The love story of Prithvi Raj Chauhan and Sanyogita was immortalized through songs and poems.

One of the servent came and gave Sanyogita the letter written by Prithviraj Chauhan which Chand left for him. Prithviraj Chauhan wrote there all the beautiful moments of there childhood to Adult age .
Sanyogita remembered all the memorable days and became more sad and worried she cried out in great pain Prithviiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii and fainted down on the floor.
In gaur The stage was set. Prithviraj was brought to Ghori's court.
Ghauri was seated at the top to enjoy the skilful art of king Chauhan. Prithviraj wanted Ghori to comand him to play the act. Ghori agreed and he also said he would be honered with his own bow and arrow. Ghori laughed and agreed.
In Delhi vaisji came to see Sanyogita he prefered medicne but it didnot worked on her and said to leave everythink to god. Sanyogita in her own world watching Prithviraj calling her towards him and she is slowly slowly moving towards her death. In Gaur Ghori commanded to Prithviraj and he showed his great skill Ghori was inpressed and was seated at the top to enjoy the skilful art of king Chauhan. In the meantime, the poet described the distance and direction of the seat of Ghauri, to his master in the following verse:
Char Bans Chaubi Gag,
ungal asat parman;
Ta upar sultan hai,
mat chuke Chauhan.
Prithvi Raj Chauhan shot Ghauri dead. And before body guards, Dadar Khan, could slay the king and the Chand Bardai, the latter killed each other with the help of daggers. As soon as Prithviraj died his wife Sanyogita's heart beat stopped O want a memorable mament. What a peaceful dead. What a meet of the two sowl being one. While Prithviraj died the earing of Sanyogita feel from his hand what a lovely lovestory that is still remembered today by all the lovers.
This ends a A true son of soil, Prithvi was a very responsible king who could go to any extent to safeguard his motherland, his people and their interests. Maharaj Prithviraj Chauhan Amar Rahe.....
