Victim: Shamita Nathani

Witness: Watchman

Actual Witness: Yuvraj

Suspect: Manish Nathani

Motive: Not Known

Characters:

1.Mr.Manish Nathani: A very popular Criminal Lawyer. A smart guy who is a stupid flirt.... Huh..

2.Mrs.Shamita Nathani: Manish's wife. She used to learn music. Her father had a big law firm running, of which Manish was responsible.

3.Watchman: He guarded Mr. and Mrs. Nathani's guest house. He witnesses Shamita's body lying in the house.

4.Yuvraj: Shamita's music teacher

5.Ms.Nitu: Manish's associate. She had an affair with Manish.

Faceless Characters:

1.Shamita's Dad: He owned a law firm, which was handled by Manish.

2.Ajay's Mom: She was coming to town on the day of the case.

Killer: Manish Nathani

Cause Of Death: Strangling Neck

Motive: Manish was a successful reputed lawyer. He handled his father-in-law's firm. Also he was a big flirt. His father-in-law didn't like his act and had warned him about it. Shamita too had known about his activities and threatened to leave him.

Manish also had an affair with his associate, Ms. Nitu. That day Shamita and Yuvraj went to their guest house for music practice. After music practice, Shamita and Yuvraj had a drink of champagne. The previous night Manish had already sedated the champagne. So Shamita and Yuvraj fell unconcious.

Manish came to his guest house in his associate's car, a Maruthi 800. He strangled Shamita to death. He also replaced the champagne bottle with white wine and the glasses as if wine had been drunk.

This was done, so that Yuvraj would be suspected. Also it had been arranged, that Nitu would take Manish's car, speed drive it purposelt and get a speeding ticket, as an alibi.
