Case: "Kidnap and Murder in a Jungle"

Motive: Ransom

2.Murdered: Mr. Gyanendra Pandey

Motive: Not Known at the start. Later - Gyanendra wanted to expose corruption activities.

Witness: None

Suspect: None

Characters:

1. Principal: St.Gracious High School. Principal of Sunny, Shaina's son's school.

2.Mr. Dinesh Jha: Arnav's Father

3.Mrs.Rashmi Jha: Arnav's Mother

4.Master Arnav Jha: The boy got kidnapped at 2:30 p.m., while returning home from school.

5.Mr.Gyanendra Pandey: Supervising Engineer, Metro City Link project, National Highways. He was working on the project, when he found out that there was a lot of corruption connected with it. So he submitted a complaint to the vigilance office.

6.Mr.Baldev Yadav: Chief Vigilance Officer. He was the one to whom Gyanendra reported about the corruption

7.Mr.Rahul Mishra: Senior Engineer, Metro City Link project,National Highways, Colleague of Gyanendra Pandey.

8.Mr.Manish: Driver of Arnav's taxi in which he went to school and back.

9. Mr.Raghu: Gyanendra's Driver, was to pick up his boss at 3 p.m. from the raiway station.

Kidnappers and Killers: Mr. Baldev Yadav and Mr.Rahul Mishra

Cause Of Death: Gyanendra was shot by 7 bullets to death.

Motive: Gyanendra was working in the Metro City Link Project, where he found that at many stages corruption had happened. The corruption criminals were politicians and construction tycoons. In view of exposing the corruption Gyanendra complained to the vigilance officer Mr.Baldev Yadav. But even the officer was in link with the corruption. The tycoon wanted to get rid of Gyanendra.

Gyanendra after a meeting out of town,was to return to Mumbai from at 3 p.m. But his plan changed and he returned at 10 a.m. This he informed to his friend Mr. Rahul Mishra. Rahul was also linked with the goons and picked up Gyanendra. He was taken to a lone spot in the jungle and shot.

Mr.Dinesh Mishra was a witness to this and so his son was kidnapped to make him shut his mouth.
