Part1

Celebration and decoration for the preparation of the royal coronation has begun.

Ram, dressed in royal attire, and accompanied by his wife sita, his faithful brothers , devoted hanuman follows rishi Vashisht in to the hall of ancestors. There he takes the blessings of all of them, worships each of them.

He asks of them to bequest him of the same courage and will power which enabled them to equal Gods in their just rule. He and his brothers stand at their feet to ask the ancestors to bless them to be worthy of their name and fame.

Then sita comes forward and prays for their blessings to too. She asks them to give her strength to brighten the name of this dynasty of which she is a part now.

Then rishi Vashisht also blesses ram saying he will never do anything to blacken the name of their ancestors.

Soon they hear everyone shout JAI SHREE Ram. Vashisht says, every one is eager to meet their beloved king.

It is seen people form far and way have come to Ayodhya, bearing flags to be a part of the beautiful and auspicious day. No one wants to miss this day.

Amidst the cries of joy and shouts of Hail, into the great royal hall enters Ram , Sita along with rishi Vashisht, followed faithfully by Laxman, Bharat, Satrughna and Hanuman.

Inside the hall, mothers Kaushlaya, Kaikeyi and Sumitra , maid Manthara awaist ram. Behind awaits Urmilla , mandavi and Shrutakirti.

As ram enters, he casts his eyes upon everyone. And soon his eye falls upon one significant Brahmin, bright and beautiful. Immediately he reckons this is none other than lord SHIVA. Each exchange looks of deep respect and love and salutes the presence of the other, while mentally speaking.

Ram expresses his gratitude to lord Shiva for attending his coronation. Lord Shiva in turn salutes him for allowing him the chance to view this wonderful day and let him be present here.

Rihsi vashisht turns and sees ram has stopped. He asks him to come along. Ram asks him , whether he can salute this wonderful throne which was the seat of all his glorius ancestors.

Rishi vashisth is happy and he permits happily.

Ram worships the throne. His eulogy is cryptic as he also gives his regards to lord shiva there. Then suddenly, by the powers of these two great lords, time freezes and ram turns to touch the feet of lord Shiva.

Lord Shiva bends down and the two hold each other with adoration and love and respect. Then they again praise each other. Ram welcomes lord shiva and pays him regard and his payed back in befitting manner.

As they both hold hands and look into each others eyes, shiv transforms into his original form back and forth. Devi gauri, and all the gods are watching. It seems apart from Sita , only rishi Vashisht is aware of what is happening and he sings the praise of both too.

Then on request of lord Shiva, they break this enchanted moment and things are back to normal. Ram slowly ascends where the throne lay waiting for him.

Part3:

Finally ram and Sita reaches the stairs of throne. And Ram allows Sita to go ahead first and he follows her

Finally they stand in front of throne , facing everyone. Laxman , Bharat and Satrughna takes their positions as lord ram's servers. Ram and sita look into each others eye deeply. And now again he requests Sita to sit first.

[ point to note: Indian guyz who think allowing ladies to go first, letting them go ahead, opening door, letting them sit first etc as imported chivalry should take some lessons from mythology and epics, even mahabharat had such description of scenes.]

After sita is sitted, ram sits down. Hanuman sits at lord ram's foot. Laxman and Bharat fan ram and Sita respectively and Satrughna holds the royal umbrella behind them.

Then everyone sits down.

Then sumantra inaugurates the coronation process.

He invites guru Vashishth and vaideha janak to host the show. Sumantra requests Vashishth to select the proper Brahmin who will seat the royal crown on the head of shree ram.

Vashisht gives a pleasing smile. Who else is better fitted for this job than the ultimate Brahmin, the ultimate Sanyasi lord Shiva and it would be worthy seeing lord shiva coronating lord Vishnu.

So he requests lord Shiva to bear the crown.

First lord shiva protests saying he is not worthy of it. Then lord Vashishth cryptically say he knows who he is really. Smiling a mischievous smile, lord shiva came up.

Narad bore the crown, and passed it to lord Brahma, then he passed it to lord shiva who passed it to king janaka. Finally janaka gave it to Vashishth who crowned ram king.

Similarly sita was crowned too.
