its not a stupid reason but a very strong reason to dislike rex.as far as the brother-sister relationship is concerned this type of teasing and joking is off limits in our society.u can't call somebody ur sister and ur lover in the same breath.it was plain disgusting and can not be taken lightly.
As far as shamit is concerned he was always a perfect gentleman towards the girls and i always found his behaviour towards Rupu and all the girls as very dignified.
