WhyArjun doesn't want any lawyer to fight for him?

Its been a month that we have seen arjun and arohi. It started with arjun in jail , talking to ganga rai about his story. He doesn't want to fight for his release..he is happy where he is. He is not interested in talking to anyone . Its been 2 yrs that he is in jail. He met arohi around 2 1/2 yrs back . Some disaster stuck them and he ended up in jail. He sings her song , he wears her "OM" on his wrist but He doesnt want to call her....why??. I don't have a faintest idea about what must have happened to them. They are still in love but not together. She hasn't met him in jail?. Why??? Any one has any ideas or guesses may be....

im sure hopefully that the wait will be worthwhile..as this storyline is different to ektas regular shows :)

I have no guesses, but I think it might deal with his father and mother for some reason. I just hope that it is a good reason, and not something that will like change the storyline of the show.

well I have a feeling that it definately has to do something with Arohi...because he never mentioned why he was in jail and also that Arohi wont accept him
