for people who live in the US

For people that lives in the Tri-State Area in USA, did anyone heard about the NYC transit strike?

Yes, I live in New York, I also had a field trip on the same day, to the city.

Funny thing, many people decided not to use cars, So there was like no traffic on the roads in the morning, usually the time people go to work lol!!!😆

yes yes yes i LIVE in NYC so yea the transit strike has affected me and millions of other nyc commuters....the pplz of nyc spend most of our tyme on subwayz and buses so public transport is a big thing in all of our lives...skoolz were delayed bcuz almost all the kidz use public transprot 2 get 2 skool...i had 2 have my mom drive me over 2 skool and so did alotta other pplz...my dad had problemz getting 2 wrk (he h8z taking the car 2 the city(manhattan) so he didnt want 2 take the car....well yea....all of us NYCers were affected by it

I wondered why there wasn't any traffic on the way to the city. The bus went into Limcoln tunnel and it was pretty much empty. And we barely had to drive slow.

I hope everything is ok now though!
