When Kaveri was in the hospital - MB had asked Amrit about healing her. He said when he left the Ashram to enter their world to help them he left behind his powers as well as his Swami life behind. Also Saloni had ask him about healing Savitri and he told her the same thing. They wanted his help so he cannot heal.

also brijesh doesn't really believe that amrit's is nahar...thats why he is still pagal...or he is just turned pagal so can't turn back normal..seeing nahar didn't help him..some ppl stay permantley mentally ill
