The episodes nowadays confirms my opinion that Saloni fights evil only outside the house but within the house she is helpless and a big zero . The Sawri story track especially confirms this.
Kaveri : Saloni has always let Kaveri go scotfree simply because she is her brother's wife . Had anybody else done half of what Kaveri did Saloni wud have given lots of speeches but where Kaveri is concerned she looks the other way .
Laali Maasi ; Saloni listened to a lot of rubbish from that character , giving the reason that she is Kalika's aunt and so hurting her is simply not done.
Tara : There have been times when Tara has been obnoxious . Yet , opposing Tara was something that Saloni didnt even dream of.
Kalika : That was a real damp sqib. Till the end Saloni didnt even know Kalika was a villain .
Shubhra : In her obnoxious days Shuhra too was tolerated By Saloni .
And Now perhaps Sawri : All r getting a feeling that Saloni isnt handling the Sawri Shweta discrimination very well . She is gonna be powerless against Ishaan , Shweta and Dheer too .
Is Evil only outside the house ? What about the evil within ? The evil within is the toughest fight and the lead heroine shud win this fight within succesfully . But Forget winning successfully , our lead doesnt even put up a fight and hypocritically tolerates it simply coz they r her relations ! Just like a minister in politics allows his son to commit any amount of crimes and looks the other way and lectures other people , isnt this too the same thing ?
