He likes her no doubt (its not love though, at least not yet)! Courtesy his 'hatred' or soft corner, he is just obsessed with Nupur. Deep down, he is attracted to her as per the bhagwad geeta theory his mom explained!

hes totally attracted to her, and likes her (even though he doesnt know it yet). but he doesnt love her yet...it hasnt been long enough
