She would have to go away to do this. Thats means pammi will leave kavya and look after the baby - come back a year later and say it is hers and kavya.

or

Kasauti again with apr*na and prem. Pammi will tell stories to the boy about his father and anjali and the boy will seek revange.

exactly, i thought nitya didnt want the baby involved as he would inherit all the money ...and nitya wants the money for herself...and nitya had clearly mentioned this in a few episodes ago...then y the hell wld she give pammi the baby....guess ekta doesnt know what she is doing.....little that she realizes that the vieweres arent dumb and will comment if nitya actually gives the baby to pammi
