He made headlines with the famous (rather infamous) fight with Aamir Khan during the making of Taare Zameen Par.

This time round, Bollywood Hungama puts all the rumors to eternal rest about Amol Gupte's acting debut! You heard it right. After being behind the camera all this while, the reports are confirmed that Amol Gupte will now be facing the camera in the much-anticipated Shahid Kapoor- Priyanka Chopra starrer Kaminay. Amol will be essaying the role of the main villain in this film.

Well, the news just doesn't end there. We have also discovered that the teenage heart throb Shahid Kapoor will also be seen in a double role!

With so much going for the film, it only becomes obvious as to why everyone is waiting with bated breath for the release of Kaminay.
