nan brings food to pari and feeds her. pari eats then just goes to sleep. nan covers her and holds her. nan thinks this is the first time pari went to sleep without a lullaby. pari thinks to herself she doesnt need it, she wont be stubborn but nan shouldnt leave her. nan goes to sleep with pari. the next morning nan sees that pari is missing.
nan tells gunjan pari is missing since the morning. nan looks around the house for pari. nan sees pari eating breakfast, ready for school. nan thinks maybe her scolding had a deep effect, pari hasnt spoken to her since yesterday, if she knew this she wouldnt have yelled at her. nan asks pari why is she mad, wont she forgive her. nan asks pari to yell at her. pari says she wont say anything or she will leave her. pari leaves. raja watches all this. nan tells raja pari wont talk to her because she yelled at her yesterday, pari woke up on her own and ate on her own, she said sorry to her but still, how long will she stay more. raja says pari will run back to her.
raja wears a mask, sings and dances to a song to make pari smile. pari walks away.
pari prays to a god idol and says she is fulfilling her promise, so nan wont leave her. pari sees nan coming and goes to read a book. nan comes and talks about the story and says the good mom always loses. nan says to pari she is wrong, why did pari say anything. pari says she is quiet because she doesnt want nan to be mad. pari leaves.
nan tries playing with pari, then pari goes to sleep. nan tucks her in. nil watches.
nan runs to raja and hugs him.
