Computer Virus -- Data loss!; What to do?

😳 DISASTEERR! 😳

Last night, I was on my PC, talking on MSN, la-di-da. I don't know how? But, my screen turned BLUE! & it stayed like that for half an hour or such.. I tried to click something, but nothing appeared, it was frozen..

Then.. it shut down by itself, and re-started!
I went into the 'owner' account & there was NOTHING! left on the desktop, except: Windows Media Player, AOL, and Recycle Bin!

Every file/folder, my parents importanmt documents, softwares, videos, pictures we hadn't even looked at, and every important file needed in the computer!

So, obviously, my computer suffered through a Virus attak! grr..

Now.. until my parents call someone and 'try' to get all the data back, which I SOO hope we get back! 😭

Summeeerrr just keeps getting worser and worser.. yesterday my creations disapeared, and today my computer was hijacked & now everything is gonnee!

I seriously hope, something like this, NEVER happens to anybody. It's simply awful! 🤢😡

Any thoughts and/or ideas on what I cpuld currently do? Our service is always busy, so it's really hard to get a hold of them! =/

Why don't you have an antivirus software always running? In the following cases, you must have antivirus running: -
1. Your computer is connected to Internet or any network.
2. You are using some external drive like CD, DVD, USB or any other.

Firstly you install anti virus software by CD/DVD driver. if any anti virus software is not available in CD/DVD then you connect your computer from internet. Search anti virus software and install that. After that Scan your computer. More anti virus software as Nortan, awast, escan and more

Before you install anti-virus software, you will have to locate the virus attack first and delete it. Anti-virus is for future use now. Your computor has already got virus in any data or downloads you must have done if any. Anti-virus should be on your internet all the time. I donot understand what people get by doing so malicious deeds. Real frustration when it happens. I do sincerely hope you get all your important documents back and the pictures too. God bless. 😡

Computer viruses are the biggest problem nowadays.Strong anti-virus softwares should be created to avoid such type of happnings,as they corrupt the whole data.

oh! so sad why don't you have a good anti virus installed on your computer. use some data recovery software to get your important data back and must install a gud anti virus
