Yes i agree, 2008 was a dissapointing year for pakistani fans.. Most of the tours were cancelled due to security reasons.. I hope to see pak playing more matches with teams like austraila, south africa and england. They havn't played any matches with these teams for a long time. Tfs. And all the best to akistani team!

2008 was a disappointing year...but still we can take out some positives for Pakistan...The biggest one is the rise of Sohail Tanvir.. He's been performing pretty well and is already showing lot of improvement..
Apart from that, Akmal's wicketkeeping has improved little bit and he's been batting pretty well... Also, nice to see Fawad Alam and Saeed Ajmal with the national team..These 2 have a lot of potential and should be given a long run..

yes ofcourse i agree! but i was talking about pakistani fans.. we didn't win the asia cup which was a shame since it was played in pak. And then pak played less matches therefore the fans didn't see much of their performance. This year i heard that they will be playing against australia but in a neutral venue.. i hope they do play together *fingers crossed*

yeah.... I hope we play some competitive cricket...especially tests!
Well, some good news is that Srilanka is coming to Pak on 17th Jan to play 3 ODIs...They will then go to India and will later come back to Pak to play 2 tests!

yeah.. He's been really solid..playing the role of a saviour..
He was the top performer in Pak domestic circuit for 3 consecutive yrs..but he couldn't make it to the Pak team coz Inzy,Younis n Yousuf wer there.. After Inzy's retirement, he had big shoes to fill.. he's doing reasonably well
