I believe they both are asking for divorce because there is some misunderstanding in between them. they both love eachother so much and samman for so many times says he loves only kakul and now asks for divorce, he cannot just turn those feelings off. he saying divorce out of anger cause she accused his mother and vanshika, anybody who makes accusation against there parents would feel the same way, in know time everything will be clear. have faith
