the only person that i know of that can give Anu blood is Tia. the thing is, for Tia and Arjun's happiness, they went on vacation. and not only that, no one else but Anu knows about her twin sister, Tia. so how will she come? the only other people who know are Meera and Dhananjay, also Ishaan. 😕
i guess as soon as she finds out, she'll come rushing to the hospital, not caring if the whole family sees her. and i guess from there the whole family will realize Tia's story. especially their dad.
atleast that is how i see it.
