hey thats a great idea cos, i once messaged him there saying he was good in his role and he replied saying thanks.... so if lots of people send messages he may be touched...

my only worry and concern is, wad if he has other plans lined up and he himself wants to quit DMG for other options..... wont we be putting pressure on him unnecessarily???

anyway it will be worth a try....
