People Magazine declares Akshay Kumar as the 'Sexiest Man Alive'

After John Abraham and Hrithik Roshan topping the charts with sexiest men titles, it is now 'Kinng' Akshay Kumar's turn to win a similar title in a poll by People (India) magazine. This week, People India named Akshay Kumar it's first-ever 'Sexiest Man Alive' for the year 2008. Akshay is visibly ecstatic and credits his 'Punjabi eyes' for his sex appeal.

"Just for the record, I'm not what you call good-looking. Our industry just happens to have excellent directors of photography. That's all," Akshay said modestly while receiving the honour.

Akshay feels that his cleavage is his best asset. "My cleavage is my best asset. Women used to love my hairy chest too. Also, my Punjabi eyes convince women that I'm in love with them. I think that's why I'm always linked with my co-stars. We look so much in love on celluloid that people think we must be having an affair," Akshay said.

Surely, the year 2008 was an amazing year for the 'Khiladiyon ke Khiladi' with back-to-back hits, reality shows and sexiest man title. Kudos, Akshay!

Woah, woah, woah! Did he really say that? He is proud of his cleavage and the stuff about his hairy chest is well too much to digest. Punjabi eyes, they are brown like most people on the subcontinent. It is not like he is bad looking or anything, but I hope for the sake of his sanity that the quote is a fabrication. Then again I suppose a guy, who has had the amount of affairs he has had would have that much bravado.
