It's a big world political mess. It's not just about Muslims or Pakistan...you have to go back to the invasion of Afghanistan by Russia and the later war and the rise of the Talebans in that country...you have to read the role of the US in all this...you have to read about the Israel and Palestine problems...you have to read about all those Muslim African countries and the role of the world in those countries...you will realize why these terrorists were born in the first place. The fact that the Middle east is sitting on loads of oil that the Eruope and US need is another factor in all of this mess. And not to mention Bush and the invasion of Iraq for further fueling everything!! And then there is Kashmir and the whole India/Pakistan problem.

I saw an interview of Fmr ISI Chief *edit* on CNN...he was blaming the Israelis/Zainists. See the blame just keeps getting shifted coz it's a big mess. I didn't do it they did. Sigh. I wonder if there is a solution to all this or not.

No it is the press meet for RBDJ...so do not blame it on Akshay......
If Akki is not saying anything on the attacks then he is not even defending anyone. HE is quiet becasue he knows what is wrong and where it is...
There is Farhan Akhtar of Rock on fame who the very next day said "Pack the bodies of terrorists and send them to the country..........(we know where).........they belong to on a boat".....thats what I call a person angry who is living in India and care about his country. and the plight of its people.

I wonder what Raj Thakery has to say about it.......If they heard it then Salman will be in BIG trouble for opening his mouth at the wrong time.....

Plenty of proof not pnly by Indians but FBI and then these actors come out and make these statements.....

We blame other actors..but atleast the small actors cancelled their tours and performances but SRK went to Malaysia for the award.

and defend them saying they live in terrible conditions and are forced to such extremes blah blah 🤢🤢

"Jin ke ghar sheeshe ke haute hai..unhe doosro ke ghar pe pathar nahin phekne chahiye!!!"

I think that Shoba De should not point fingers at others or pass judgements upon any of the celeb's comments..be it Amitabh, Shahrukh, Aamir or anyone else. What they said is what they felt.. and India being a democratic country... I am pretty sure we have enough freedom to let anyone (General public or a celeb) to voice their opinion and respect it. And those celebs who did not voice their opinion, they should be respected nonetheless.

We don't know what any of the celebs actually feel, and they don't need to voice out their grief to others. Some prefer to be quiet and some prefer to talk about it.

I respect her opinion...I might not agree with it... but was their any need of saying that the only thing they care about are their boxoffice returns.... I mean isn't she being a bit presumptuous...

Anyway on to the topic of the celebs promoting or going to Malaysia etc. A person be it general or a celeb has to fulfil their commitments... it is thoroughly unprofessional to not do so. People have to get back to their normal routine... we all have to work and make a living, which is what the general public of Mumbai are doing.
As it is with the growing economic crisis, it is difficult for anyone to survive, and the bollywood celebs have an industry to run in this recession ridden world.

She can't be critical of all of them and besides a lot of them have spoken and SRK said he felt was right and necessary! She needs to back off the criticism and consider doing something for all those that have suffered, that's what everyone should be doing!
