I think you're right, Desichica; I haven't watched all of Pirates of Caribbean, but in the scenes that I did watch, there was similar war music. Not only in that movie, but lots of others too. I think it's a popular "war tune".
*Aiswarya was right in the part that Ram and Lakshman coud not fight unless someone challenged them, because they were only allowed to fight with rakshasas like Ravan, Indrajit, Atikay, etc. because they were the leaders of the army and their lives were most important, along with Vibhishan's and Sugreev's, because if one of them had been captured or killed, the war would have been over instantly. I'm not saying Ram and Lakshman were easy to defeat, but as per war ethics, only equals can fight each other, so it would be considered unethical and unfair if Ram had fought with the rakshasa army.In the Mahabharat, it says that as per war etchis, soldiers sitting on elephants could only fight with other soldiers sitting on elephants, chariot riders could only fight with other chariot riders, foot soldiers with other foot soldiers, and so on. Of course, later on in the war, this rule was broken many times, but this is one of the rules of war. Also, a whole army never went into war at the same time (as many of you already said). Each day, a different division fought so that the ones who already fought had a chance to recuperate and the new division would fight with more energy than the old division would have.So in these two aspects, this Ramayan is not showing it wrong. I agree though that the special effects are repeated many times, but there are probably reasons for that.
