the episode starts with anu going to see daksh and putting dhaga on his hand and tells him that this from matarani and daksh looks at her with love and says that this might be our last meeting (đ) and anu says nahi daksh don't say that. today is our case and how can you say something like that. daksh says all this is not based on emotions i am the criminal and that's is the truth and case closed. and daksh says i am going away form you soon and anu keeps denying on what daksh says and he breaks her bangle and all sudden realize the bracelet anu is wearing was the one she had give daksh as gift and daksh says if all your chudi breaks and sindhoor meetjaye you will never take this bracelet off promise me. anu says why are you talking like this dont talk like this. we will win case and i have faith. and then officers come and says its time for your court date. then we see dadi and anu come and then meera and ishan come and sit on the other side and then ridhima and anus dad sit on same side as anu. then anu asks where is mom and he tells her that nani was not feeling good so she is with her. then the judge comes and the case starts. daksh is called in the court (he looks soo good, but looks very sad) case begins. both lawyers talk about what witnesses they have and grewaal calls daksh a criminal and mr munshi argues not to call him that till proven and then they call anu as witness but mr garwall refuses because she's daksh's wife but the judge over rules it and anu is called to the stand then they ask her what happen that night and we are shown flashback of what has happen so far then mr garewall keep telling anu to repeat what she said so she gets nervous and then at the end he asks was daksh certain that his brother was doing garbad gotala or just had a hunch (shak tha ya yakin tha). anu is surprise of the question and daksh looks away and the lawyer keeps asking till anu answers shak that and lawyer says exactly all this happen because of just shak that tells us he is very angry man and then again the lawyer asks anu to tell how dhananji died? daksh gets mad every time the lawyer asks same question over and over gain because anu is getting scared and meera and ishan are smiling because they know they are winning. and then every time anu tires to finish answer the lawyer asks anu another question so she gets mislead and tells her to step down.
ishan is called and asked how was daksh and his brothers behavior is? ishan tell that it was all lie front of everyone and he hated him and my mother and father gave up so many things for him and this is what he does to us by killing my father. he was so selfish that somehow he got all the property on his name and when my father asked for money he made such big issue and pushed my dad away and killed him. does natak by crying and daksh looks at bhabhi on what is ishan is saying and all she does is looks down. ( i hate these people i cant wait till daksh finds their truth and they go to court like this) the court give another date for further investigation. then we see the evil cows celebrating and laughing about how they are felling so happy. then dhananji says you have to show everyone that daksh, dadi and anu sabh mile huye hai so that the case goes in our favor and daksh will get phasi (fasi) and anu and dadi can be kicked out and he ties knot on some dolls neck and smashes it by his foot...
