Dear Friends,
Yesterday Veer was introduced. We were expecting the track so nothing new....his entry was made cold and fearful. His foster father is scared of his presence in Mumbai and so is his mother. Tell me something what is so un-natural that if you shift back to Mumbai, will your child not come visiting you? Isn't it natural? So what is the big deal he is here? Pushkar's character has been given an un-natural twist...he accepted Veer's paternity, still acceptable as towards gratitude towards Jai Walia but then why is he living with Pia as husband-wife, I am yet to come across a man who will accept a cheating wife and that too with his father like figure....Mahanta ki bhi ek haad hoti hai....
Friends, I have often heard in TV industry creativity is something very difficult to keep up with as there is very little time as your show is almost being telecast everyday and you are running almost neck to neck with the story which is being telecast. Accepted. There too must be high manpower turnover as people are leaving every other day. Accepted...this what happens in many fast growing industry since I am part of the corporate world I know....but what I failed to understand that the creatives got 3 weeks time in between. The production workers were on strike, in these 3 weeks couldn't they have come up with anything novel and new? do they have to take the beaten path? Instead I would love to see Pushkar upset that maybe with Veer's real paternity coming out, his position as a father will no longer be there, Pia now wants Veer to know his real father because she feels it will be a crime to keep him in dark and specially when the whole world knows, even Bani Walia the person who should be most affected, what is the big deal ....yes Veer accepting JW as father, his grudge against him will be something we can expect but not what they showed upto now....I am sorry to say Ekta and her team failed once again inspite getting signals that things are not going in their favour. It is time they pull up their socks...many a times I too feel lazy and shelve my work for next day but when I leave office I do feel a wee bit guilty... Well Ekta's creative team must be very thick skinned to accept the pay cheque without doing anything....your views friends, love Tin
