Bani is a mature person with kids and maybe grand kids now that Ganga is married, so Gurdeep playing Bani at this stage is perfect. Prachi as the younger Bani we all loved her and still do, but as mentioned Prachi is not going to come back to KS so we have to get use to Gurdeep as the new Bani and not hope for Prachi's coming back. That was a stage in Prachi's life, it was dintined for her to play Bani so she could be seen and reconize for her beauty and talent in order for her to move on. She is one of the lucky ones, let's be happy for her and yes close this post and don't compare who is the better Bani between Prachi and Gurdeep, although I voted for Prachi.
It like the saying goes" First Impression Last"
We don't want to give up Prachi as Bani, but Prachi gave up on Bani so why hold on to hopes of her coming back. It is not going to happen. Let's appreciate Gurdeep for doing such a great job as Bani and showing courage and strenght in the character.

i liked prachi....but i love Gurdeep as bani now......Prachi obviously will always be loved by me because of her role of bani....but gurdeep has done very well as bani, and so my vote goes to her.

The funny thing is that no one thinks in this way...here is question to everyone...

What if Prachi was never the bani, and Gurdeep was the bani from the very beginning?

What if Gurdeep left the show for a movie, and then later was replaced by Prachi?

Obviously u all would not like Gurdeep being replaced....because she was the original bani....right?? Does it make sense what i am tryin to point out here??

i totlay agree with steffroc !!!!it is PRACHI DESAI who the credite goes!!!it is her who made likinh bani!!!it is all her!!!!!!!we love prachi cuz of that!!!!!!!!!and she rockss!!

Am sure, a lot of people will not like this, but very clearly Gurdeep is far better than Prachi in acting....except for one or two episodes, where prachi really emoted (like when she came to know about jai-pia), largely here acting was pretty flat. Gurdeep has added so much strength to Bani's character.

the only thing where Prachi scored marginally was her chemistry with Ram, though I would say Gurdeep is not far behind on this as well.

From what I can remember in Sindoor, Gurdeep's acting was too over the top. Her dialogue delivery is too harsh and so are her facial expressions. Every other scene when she closed her eyes to emote an emotional scene, it used to bug me so much I had to switch the channel.

Prachi, the only Bani Walia for me. The girl speaks volume without saying a single word. Even if she just said "Mr. Walia", you fealt it in your heart. On the other hand Gurdeep can say a million things and all I can hear is her screaming, over the top acting.

I like Prachi-she did a good job with establishing the character, but Gurdeep is doing an excellent job with the role now, so it's Gurdeep for me.

SHALGo, i totally disagree with u....i dont think that gurdeep is anywhere better than prachi....prachi is way better than gurdeep.....

and about prachi's acting....i think if i will start with it....it will take my whole life...bcoz she was great in every scenes....it was prachi who put life to bani's character and made use watch kasam se (((even though....the story line wasnt good)))

and for gurdeep.....hmmm she doesnt have any expressions😳...thats y i stopped watching kasam se....
