Here Is The Update For 17th January, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
Episode Starts with the scene in the B C's office and B C talking to Abhimanyu. B C informs Abhimanyu to maintain and improve K M A ; a separate cell has been opened and will over look the administration and training regimes and few other things. Abhimanyu responds that K M A has the best administration and training methods, and is acknowledged so. When that is the case, why is the need to change the trusted ways. B C acknowledges the point made by Abhimanyu and says the matter is debatable, even so there is no harm in giving it a try. Abhimanyu then asks for the name of the officer and gets the answer as "Major Vaibhavi Sharma". B C also hands over a file.
Outside the Academy there is the scene of emotional parting of friends. Ali and Yudi are all packed up and ready to go. Alekh Asks the duo of Ali and Yudi to keep in touch, Yudi comes up with, whenever if free type answer ad Alekh says "dramatist" and Alekh and Yudi hug each other and Ali - Naina watch. Then all four exchange a smart salute. Ali and Yudi climb their departure vehicle.
Naina and Alekh walk inside. They catch up with Abhimanyu and he informs them of Major Sharma's arrival and designates a duty to come up with the task of get a drill to welcome of the new cadets and get Major Sharma's approval. Then they leave.
A vehicle arrives at the entrance and out steps a person, with polished black boot first up. A lady, in full uniform and not clearly shown, walks inside and in front of the glowing flame executes a Salute.
Two orderlies are walking in relaxed manner and joking. Suddenly a voice calls out to them and it is the Lady officer. She admonishes the orderlies and asks them to maintain discipline and to over see that it is maintained, she has been posted at the K M A.
Then the scene is with Naina and Alekh thinking and talking over as to what to come up with for the assignment to welcome the new batch of cadets.
The scene is in the Abhimanyu's office and the lady enters to introduce herself as Major Vaibhavi Sharma. Abhimanyu welcomes her and asks whether she needed a drink / coffee. Major refuses and wants to know the working of the K M A. Abhimanyu in mute explains and details the working.
Alekh and Naina from inside the Academy see the jungle, and greenery. There is flash back of Alekh, Ali, Alekh Yudi, the bore-well scene while going on a drill as a pair. Naina too has her flashback. Then there is one of Major Nair tell them of the soldier's duty, his / her main weapon being his / her eyes, nose and ears. Naina asks whether Alekh is thinking the same as her, to which Alekh says if it s the same as his thoughts then yes. Later they agree up on the welcome drill for the new entrant cadets.
Later at some point Alekh and Naina see off Sameera and Sameera informs Naina and Alekh that she would be back if her application to be a cadet at the K M A is accepted and Naina wishes her the best and says that Sameera has all the qualities in her required for the making of the good soldier.
Sameera leaves.
Suriji is happily singing and cutting vegetables on the counter of the kitchen and Major arrives and asks him as to why he is in the singing mode. Suriji, in his usual style, says making of food needs love and happiness to make the food tastier that would make the inmates feel good. Major Sharma says Suriji ought to stop singing in future in order to make the food tasty. A forlorn Suriji says all right but he asks for her introduction just as Abhimanyu is making eye contact signs.
Major Sharma introduces herself and says she wants discipline.
Naina and Alekh walk in to Major Sharma's room, just as she is setting up her room. Along with them, in walks, Abhimanyu.
Naina and Alekh salute the Major and place the drill to welcome the cadets, as to focus on team work, co-ordination and understanding between them. But the Major pricks their balloon to say that in her entire years in the Army she has not heard such a worse or a bad idea and that focus should be on discipline, Abhimanyu intervenes to say that at the K M A, the tradition and focus has been balance between Discipline and Team Work ; Co – Ordination and Understanding. Major Sharma firmly says that only Discipline should be focused up on, And that is the sole reason for her being posted here.
