I agree this is a daily soap/medical stuff based romantic comdedy or tragedy but it shouldn't be so far from truth. The current financial fiasco resulting in expulsion of intern is far from reality. normally private hospitals dont get teaching status and when they do so interns are paid by Govt, also the stipend paid to intern is paltry (like Rs 5-8 000/month) so hardly Rs 80 000 a year means peanuts for any hospital, rather I would reduce number of beds and increase cost of treatment, interns are cheap work force which every hospital wants to have in maximum.
