Thanks Walter. Just read my bit to Joey a few posts above this. It is on Nirmal. How did the scene affect you?

Yes I shall put it in the Archives link.Actually altho Sanjay is not very attractive as a character, the gentle Nirmal more than makes up for him. You dont mind him because she loves him. This girl has the most expressive eyes. She never needs to say anything, its her eyes that do all the speaking. She was so simply dressed. Only flowers to adorn her. The red colour, the evening and her waiting eyes were protrayed so beautifully. And much of the credit goes to all three - the actress, the director and the script writer.Usually I write two posts after I finish seeing the epi. The two incidents that I feel were important to me for the day. One is invariably on my kudi (she is the heroine after all) and the other on someone else. Yesterday, it was Nirmal. When I began to write, I felt the only way I could describe how much I liked that silent waiting, that shyness in her longing and the final gentleness shown by Sanjay to his sleeping wife, - was through verse. And it came quite smoothly and quickly.

Yes I will. Not because she feels giddy seeing him as a man. Only when he is totally repentant and she has forgiven him wholeheartedly. The dawning of the change in him and the hope that he will. Still there will be indecision on her part. The need for her to love him and the erasure of her bygone agony will struggle against each other. That pathos, that helplessness, the longing to let go of the past and the hesitation to embrace the future. When that poignant moment arrives, I certainly will. I just pray that the makers portray this sensitively which should affect all of us. 👍🏼

That is the crux of the matter ...........👍🏼 ............... exactly what I want to see ................And to complement that .........Raj's feeling of total inadequecy / repentance / atonement .........That ... when finally he finds a woman worth falling in love.......... he has lost the chance thru his own misjudgements / blinkered vision ..........And ...........Feeling terrified .........is it to late to make amends ????Like ............ caught in the purgatory of unrequited love...........I hope too, we get to see all these emotions in the right proportions .......... enacted in an apt manner .......😍😍😍

This admission, and the way you have expressed it, affected me deeply..And also the beauty and simplicity of your verse for the 'waiting Nirmal'. That scene was one of the simplest I have seen, and the most poignantly picturised scene I have seen in a long while.. NO dialogues, harsh background music.. just Nirmal, and her endless wait.. Portrayed SO beautifully by the actress.. and Sanjay's reaction to it was palpable.. such a soft scene, long in its duration, but, as Dawn called it.. etheral.. I can watch Nirmal for hours. That girl has such a natural flair for performance.. I can naver make out that she is portraying a character, looks as if she is living it.. SHE is Nirmal..inside out.. a round of applause for her.. 👏Skep.. the way you depicted the oncoming equation b/w R&K.. calls for another round of applause for you.. I would love to see Raj at his most emotionally vulnerable, because of Kranti.. and I want Kranti to accept him and love him for that vulnerability. She is definitely the stronger of the two..emotionally.. she has an aura, and he has never been able tp escape it. And that aura is most pronounced around him only.. I may add.
