Episode No 349 Monday 20/10/08

Starts with Geetha and Sezhi eyeing each other - Sezhi is
unsure about getting in to the auto ..Geetha lets him cringe
for a while and asks "enna Sezhi anna epdi irukkenga?"
Kavi and the auto driver hurry sezhi who gets in with his
Muzhi in full force. Geetha generally asks about the love
marriage and Kavi apologizes for not inviting her. Geetha
says that she did see them getting married - "I came to
the temple with some one I know" - Kavi wants to know
as to why Geetha did not join the celebration !!! Geetha says that
she did not want to embarrass Muzhi. Kavi does not understand
this. Geetha says "ask yr hubby darling" - but hubby darling is just
busy handling his muzhi - finally after throwing a nice barb -
"kalyaanam aachu aana konjam kooda maraliye??" - Geetha
says that since it was a hush hush marriage, she did not want
barge in and disturb Sezhi -"na veet le solliduvennu he may feel,
athaan" - well the auto goes on.... Muzhi is still muzhiching....
Geetha wants to get down - half way... Geetha does not have change,
Kavi offers to pay but Geetha says that Muzhi anna will pay -
" I know him much before i met u and so he will do the honors"
Geetha leaves and the auto driver must have trained in "Roja's
serial updating school" - plays a lovely song -"dairiyamaga
sol nee manithan thaana?" Muzhi wants the song to be stopped,
Kavi does not forget to chide some more....

Tilaga household - the dhobi brings Sezhi's clothes -long forgotten
ones - Tilaga refuses to accept. Megs comes in and takes possession.
Promises paatti and amma that she will deliver them to Muzhi. Both
mom and daughter go through Muzhi's things and find a write up
by Muzhi - about how Geetha parted with her chain to buy his shoes
and how he will do anything for her. Tilaga as usual laments but
Megs is not in a mood for RKO - peps up mommy and plans to go
along with her to the temple.

Did any one miss QBS and COD??? well, they are here. COD is in
a romantic mood - shares some nice moments with QBS who is
cooking. Wants to go out wit her -"lets go out, eat some where and
go for a movie" -QBS is happy and goes to dress up. Bingo...
Kothai arrives - some pseudo feminist crap - COD warns to quit the
conversation but Kothai can ignite an iceberg.... finally COD shows
Kothai the door.....QBS is unhappy about her friend being "ILL TREATED"
- of course she did not listen to the whole conversation between
hubby and friend - if she had , she would know who is at fault -
anyways after Kothai leaves.... a fight is brewing... COD is as usual
grunting...

Episode No 350 Tuesday 21/10/08

Tilaga and Megs come to the temple - Tilaga starts
praying from outside asking God to protect her kids.
Megs and Tilaga ACTUALLY smile !!!!! Megs wants to
know as to why mommy did not grace the temple often
and Tilaga goes back to being sad -"yr father ran away..
too many prachnais.... forgot temple" Megs is quick to
point out that mommy did not come running to God only
when she has troubles. Well, Neelima and Shyam are
in the temple - to meet master - pray why?? U all stay
together, right??? anyways.... they wait and Neelima
talks about their secret mission and how they should not
fail blah blah.... She misses seeing Megs inside the temple
and as mom and daughter hail an auto, Neelima sees
Megs. Chases the auto and finds out the Tilaga clan
residence. Shyam asks her to go and talk to Megs but
Neelima is skeptical - refuses saying that she does not
want to add to the troubles of Megs - for the time being
she and Shyam leave with out making contact with Megs.

Anbu at home - samy talks about vathal kozhambu turning out
to be neer aagaram ( maavai karaichu Oothu, illainna junk
it, enga kazhuthai yenda arukkare...grrr) well the interview
on love is in the papers - Anbu gets to know that his devathai
has a name after all -"Megala" - reads her wise crack on
love and admires about how they sound alike. Samy promises
to find her - from the newspaper office. Anbu is elated and finally
accepts that he is in "LOVE" - uh huh.

Mottai maadi conference - master, Shyam and Neelima. Master
can not understand as to why Neelima did not contact Megs.
Blah blah about their "Iyakkam" and its "Lakshiyams" -
finally Neelima agrees to talk to Megs....

Episode No 351 Wednesday 22/10/08

Sezhi and Kavi are in a restaurant - Kavi has got a job
and Sezhi failed to qualify. Sezhi being Sezhi,passes the
blame on to some one else - "interview ellam summa
eye wash. They have appointed some one who bribed..."
Kavi is quick to refute - "this is a private concern. No such
thingis possible. Nee interview attend pannina lakshanam
enakku theriyum" - Muzhi is in full defending mode but
Kavi does not mince words. As this goes on, Kirtana
comes with a friend, sees the couple and tries to avoid.
But Kavi pulls her too conversation - Kirtana calls them
ungrateful.... words run riot .. Kavi finally demeans the
whole Tilaga clan..."Sakthi ran away on the eve of her wedding..
Loosu married moron ..did not live with him..now she is
sitting at moron's house just to spoil their lives... Megs??...
her finace is in the jail..... " Kirtana gets angry and shouts back
Now Sezhi defends darling wife... and raises his hands to
hit Kirtana......

Megs is restless...waiting for a call from Anitha regarding
the job. Well, no news and so Megs sets out to see Anitha.
Just then Kirtana walks in... crying ... and the clan gets
the latest news of Muzhi and Kavi. Tilaga wants to confront
right away but Megs and Paatti pacify her. Finally Megs leaves.

Megs with Anitha - after some going round the mulberry bush
Megs learns that she did not get the job - Anitha says that some
new guy called Anbu had chosen someone else -"antha Anbu
illatta unakku thaan antha velai..." Megs was very keen about the
job and so is very disappointed ...... Anitha comforts...

Episode No 352 Thursday 23/10/08

Anbu at work - shouts at his deputy about the chosen girl
not joining - deputy says that she probably got a better offer
and left - Anbu gives his mad gleam and asks for the rest
of the applications - of course when Megs has to work here....
- well Vikram thinks that he is building the suspense but
fails miserably !! - as Anbu is going through the files,
before he gets to the Megs' one,Samy calls him and says that
he could find the reporter who interviewed Megs - "leave
right away and come to the pub, he is waiting for us" - well
Anbu does not see "THE" application yet, office work takes
a back seat..... (so much for the promotion!!!) and he leaves.

Danda clan - ayooo ivanga kodumai thangalai - unnecessary
chatter about collection techniques - Viji storms in and Danda is
just too elated to see darling DIL - well Viji does not reciprocate
that - goes in and starts packing her stuff. The whole family tries
to stop but she is on to her act number N - screams her head off
saying that now that Loosu is preggie, she has all the right in this
house and Viji has to leave. Danda pacifies her and stops her -
aww come on Danda, u did not believe that she will leave, did ya???
- anyways Viji stays.

Anbu and Samy in the bar with that reporter and his friend.
The reporter knows a willing victim well and so drinks all
costly stuff .... makes sure that Anbu pays...and finally....
"her name is Megala or Menaka.... was waiting for a bus at
the Porur bus stand..that is all..." Samy gets angry and probes
further but the reporter says that he meets many people and he
possibly can not know all the details about all of them. Anbu
is angry, leaves the place with Samy in tow... goes down..
sees the motor bike of the reporter. Anbu managed to steal
thekey of the bike - he picks up a handful of sand and drops
it in to the petrol tank - samy tries to stop.... but no... Anbu
has Roja brand gleam....

Episode No 353 Friday 24/10/08

Anbu and Samy - at home - Anbu is lying on the floor
happily - Srirangam Ranganathar nnu ninaippu!!! - Anbu
is pacing around - restless as the reporter gave some nice
Tirunelveli halwa - at an exorbitant price - Samy chides him
for damaging the bike - "sapadu le mannai alli pOdarathu
ithu thaana??? - but Anbu justifies his venomous act -
"he cheated me saying that he has info on Megs but failed
to deliver and so.... I was not so worried about him cheating
me but he talked about Megs..., how dare he??" Samy finally
asks the Q that normal , sane people would have asked
themselves before falling in "blind" love - "what if that girl
is married?? U take so much effort to trace her and then.."
Anbu has Roja brand gleam - it is more of an angry one
unlike Roja who has a mischievous gleam - "NOOOO, she
is not married..... she should not be married..... Megs is mine
Megsis mine..." Sure sonny, u both might compliment each
other , she will be ready to RKO at the drop of a word and u might
pick up the family for "cry support" , believe me, that will be fun!!!

The second part is all about Neelima visiting Megs. Neelima comes
with Shyam , introduces him as her brother and says that they have
come for "job search" Neelima asks Megs that they would like to
stay with her. Megs is all thrilled about having her and the whole
family gushes about the guests. Neelima gets a moment alone with
Megs and voices her doubt -" u do know about my organisation et
al..... would u mind having us here?" Megs vetoes any such
apprehensions and expresses happiness about Neelima's stay.

3rd part romba kodumai - Danda clan - Danda is pensive. Viji
asks for the reason and Danda says that he is confused -
"abortion pathi epdi pesarathu?" Anyways, he musters courage
and goes to talk to Angu - Loosu of course is glued to MIL .Some
vetti talk about Mike Tyson - which is a kitten - and some beating
around uh huh - finally Danda says that baby is a big responsibility
and it is not some pet kitten. Wants Loosu to abort..and there she
goes - the whole dialogue looks fake - even a mara mandai can see
through it !!! But Danda has clay head - Loosu laments about how she
wanted to deliver the child and dedicate him to maama "ayyo athai,
enna le ithaikekka ve mudiyiliye... aahh hhoo " blah blah - Viji shows
disgust in her face - exactly Roja's sentiments - some drama
about how the child will look like Danda -another uh huh from
Roja - Danda is rendered voiceless... movement less......

Thursday - Oct 30th, 2008 updt

Moron charges to the front hall and shouts at dad for screaming at his chella wife. He calls dad karumi and living a good life with ooraan sothu got with aniyaaya vaddi. pEchi
tries to stop him and so does Thamara but Moron is on a roll here. Dad cautions him and asks if his drinks had been tainted which affected him so. Finally, pechi drags moron to
his room. Viji smiles. Thangam complains abt not being able to watch TV and vera veedu paarkanum and Thamarai is happy and asks thangam to get out but is shocked when Thangm
says it is the others who have to vacate if this continues.

That anbu guy - who is besotted with Megala is doing some work and his friend sweeping when a guy who has been suspended comes in and requests to be reinstated and offers
to find a good girl for boss. He spots Megala's picture on the table and says this girl won't do at all and she doesn't have a smiling face or something. This angers Anbu and
he gives a dismissal letter. The sidekick tells the shattered guy to find megala and he is sure to get his job back with a promotion. the guy leaves on a mission.

Sakthi and Diwa do their morning teeth brushing ceremonies one by one without talking and Diwa makes his own coffee. Sakthi does so too. Diwa goes inside the bathroom to take a
shower. Doorbell rings and Sakthi opens to find Diwa's dad. She just stares at him and doesn't answer when he asks how is she. She leaves the door open and goes inside the
kitchen and bangs vessels. Dad is uncomfortable (who wouldn't be? with such an ungrateful brat of a dil), sits on the sofa, tries to chitchat but no response from sakthi and so leaves.
diwa comes out and spots a small tiffin carrier with paNiyaaram, guesses it is sent by mom, asks Sakthi and she says his dad was here. He looks for dad and guesses correctly
that Sakthi didn't even accord a proper welcome. He is mad and Sakthi says this was how she felt when he drove away Kothai the other day and manasOda vali ippo dhaan puriyum if
I chase away someone u care for. Diwa vetti argues if kothai and dad belong to the same category, gets disgusted and dons a pant and walks out in search of his dad. Sakthi just
looks on. diwa better divorce her. aanaa rendu perukkum suthamaa no manners whatsoever.
both are better off without each other...thodarum...

Friday Oct 31, 2008 updt:

Diwa's mom is leaving for the market when Diwa walks in and oppari vechufies abt Sakthi illtreating his dad. avvaLO dhaan. indha raakshasi starts her tirade against Sakthi. Sakthi feels that he has done the biggest blunder by marrying Sakthi. Diwa explains that this was tit for tat for him sending Kothai out. Diwas dad says it was logical according to Sakthi and it will take time for her to realize who is important and how to give respect. Mom shouts some more. Dad asks them to control themselves and asks his wife to serve food to Diwa.
Dandhapani waits for his son to wake up to shout at him. Everyone wait for the showdown. Viji comes out of the room first followed by Moron. Dandam shouts at his son and says just because he is drunk, it doesn't mean he has to talk against his dad..it is his own money and Moron and his wife depend on him for their next meal and jeevanam. Any day, he can send them out and they would have to be beggars. Also, he says can't Viji take one question about not giving coffee to her fil? and he also yells at her parents, saying they have expensive mobile phones with what song? and pechi says adi naakka mukkaa, naakku mukka...and so DP warns them.
The hydrabad terrorist gang of 3 vacate their current house and tells the houseowner that they have rented another house near their dad's hospital as they feel he has to travel much in his condition for a long time to the hospital if they stay here. The houseowner asks about the advance and for a forward address and the girl says she herself will come collect it. Then the leader instructs the girl and the boy to go stay at Megala's place and he will contact them.
...thodarum.....
