Update for November 3, 2008:

More of the Shanthi - Karthik - Manisha saga today.

Opening scene: Karthik calls Indhu and asks her where her mom is. Shanthi comes into the room, Karthik tells Indhu that the gramathu thatha is sick and all three of them have to leave for the village. Shanthi tells Indhu that she alone will go since it was she who said hurtful things and so she has to go and ask for forgiveness. Besides, Indhu has her exams and she needs to be in school (this last when Indhu says she would also like to go). Shanthi then calls up Narayanan, asks him to come there immediately to take her to the gramam. Manisha comes down, Shanthi tells her that she is going to the village. Karthik is standing around looking helpless the entire time.

Shanthi sitting in the car, gets to the village, goes inside the house (all doors are open, as usual). Athai is there, greets Shanthi, says that mama did nothing but talk about Shanthi and her problems, then he went out on the two wheeler and collided with a truck. He is lying in bed with his eyes closed, Shanthi calls to him, and he asks her if she has come to see if he is still alive. Shanthi then explains that she herself does not know what is happening to her life, and so on, and asks him for forgiveness for the way she spoke to him in Chennai. Uncle and niece are reconciled.

Indhu and Rocky come for lunch, Indhu goes into the kitchen, calls Manisha amma ( I guess she has decided that she has two mothers from now on) and asks if lunch is ready. Manisha tells them to sit down, and then Karthik comes to join them, Manisha says she is busy in the kitchen, so Karthik serves the two children and himself, and they eat. Then Karthik goes into the kitchen and asks Manisha why he is being tortured like this, and do they not see how he is suffering. Manisha says she fully understands his situation, blah blah. Indhu comes in and asks for hot water for Rocky, Karthik takes the hot water to his son, cools the water by doing the transfer from one cup to the other a la waiters in Chennai, then gives the water to his son, and pours his paasam on his son by stroking his head!

Back to the gramam, the phone rings, athai picks up the phone, it is RK for Shanthi. She goes to call Shanthi, who is in the shower. In the meantime, mama picks up the phone and asks if RK is checking to see if he is still alive, and then proceeds to blast RK for putting Shanthi through the hell she is in, and asks RK why he couldn't check his own son (did RK ever do anything sensible like that?) and how does he propose to douse the fire in Shanthi's eyes, and so on, and finally hangs up. RK wipes his eyes... FREEZE

Nov 4th,Tuesday:

Priya gives water to future fil and he takes medicine. Her friend, Devi comes there to give her wedding invitation. She repeatedly invites them and leaves. They look at each other sadly. Now ACD comes back from work and appa calls out to Priya. She brings thootham. Appa informs that her friend came with a wedding invitation. He becomes stone faced and says they can attend if his office work permits that day. Appa frets that all her friends are getting married and ready for the next stage, but Priya is still a 'thani maram'. She gives such a longing look. As expected, ACD goes inside w/o any reply. Priya consoles the mama and asks him not to upset his ladla beta, cos he has a latchiyam and she would wait until that is fulfilled ( ivangalukkum pacchai mattai ketkudhu pola irukku) . The two again exchange sad looks.

Manisha is helping the kids with their studies. Ex -omni calls up. They share news about Madhavan mama, kids etc. Then Manijaan pottu kuduthufies Madhavan mama's phone conversation to RK. Looks like Anitha has told Manijaan. (But who told Anitha?RK?He doesn't seem the type to talk about this to his children).

A homedelivery man in motorcycle comes to ACS' rental house. He is none other than Sameer. Goes upstairs to meet the s/w people. So andha bachelors terrorist group than. Sameer says SKPD had remained in police custody for sometime before being sent to the prison and is sure to have given info about them. So he asks them to be careful until further instructions are received. He leaves covering himself with the helmet.

Time to school - Indu is getting ready. Rocky looks at her longingly. Baggage comes down to take Indu. Rocky wants to accompany ( aama indha Rocky en school pogalai? wasn't he a student even when he was at the orphanage? adikadi Rocky kku warm water kudukaraangale.. has CR planned anything for Rocky?) Mani okays the idea after Baggage also requests. The father and two kids leave. Manijaan sighs.

Madhavan mama is given medicines by his wife. Ex-omni asks her uncle about his angry phonecall to RK. Mama says he is only worried about her life and couldn't control his anger. He says if he had been in RK's place, he would killed the son. ( mama... idho oru thuppaakkiyo, arivalo naanga vaangi tharome.. koondoda ellathaiyum anupidunga😃) . Athai asks husband to apologize. But Ex-Omni calls up RK and apologizes on behalf of her mama. Ex wants to leave for Chennai, but athai asks her to stay for 2 more days and finish the thiruvizha prarthanai.Ex agrees.

Baggage at the petrol bunk. Abi comes there to seendufy the ex-brother-in-law. She praises him for managing two wives and two kids under the same roof. Baggage looks at her angrily - freeze

Nov 5th, Wednesday:

Abi continues her seendal with Baggage, who shows his annoyance, saying his father and brother could have let her go, but he would not hesitate to kill her if the necessity arises. As usual Abi swears that she would never let live in peace.

Manijaan wakes up early and tutions Indu for her exams. Baggage waits and waits presumably for his morning cup of coffee, which never comes.

CR must have been reading my polambals cos he showed commish, Alex and even sirippu thirudan.

Inaindha kaigal and the two commissioners are in meeting. They discuss for the umpteenth time about the infiltration of terrorists. JC says they have installed CCTV in sensitive areas and vehicle checkposts. Commish asks them to be extra careful. The police team disperse with salutes.

Manijaan prepares Indu for school, Rocky says bye to onnu vitta? step sister and sondha appa.

Sameer's boss-the Sirippu thirudan ,Sameer and the duplicate s/w team have assembled inside the bachelor's accomodation. Sirippu Thirudan hands over two revolvers and warns them to be careful and patiently wait until further instructions. Sirippu thirudan wanted to entertain Giri more, so takes Sameer outside and lectures him that their mission is more important than personal feelings, gets back inside and entertains more. The camera focuses on the expressionless bachelors also now and then.

Indu return home with dhattu appa, Manijaan analyses the question paper and consoles Indu who has left out an answer. (But what about CR, so many answers are required for the various murders in his serial). No sign of Rocky. Baggage thanks Manijaan.

Abi is shouting at some debtor on the phone. An advocate comes to her office and gives her the happy news that SKPD's assets would soon be recovered. After the lawyer leaves, Abi calls Srini at Vishnu's office and expresses her anger for sending the lawyer to her office as she had wanted Srini to handle all SKPD related matters. Srini pacifies her. Now Srini says something about milagu thatthuvam. Then Vishnu and Srini rejoice that SKPD is a life convict and Abi also cannot openly show her affiliation to SKPD, all his wealth would eventually come to them - freeze

Sameer, oh Sameer, wherefore art thou, Sameer? Please come and put a stop to this ridiculous beating around the bush that is going on here.
This is a heartfelt plea from us.

Update for Thursday, Nov 6, 2008:

Opening scene: Seenu in jail (I wish!). He is waiting to see SKPD. He tells SKPD the good news about the unfreezing of the bank accounts and SKPD asks if Abi is aware of this. He tells SKPD that the lawyer has already told Abi about it and she is overwhelmed with joy. SKPD wants to know why his beloved baby is staying with Charu. After hemming and hawing, Seenu tells him that it was for baby's protection, and she is only pretending paasam for her mother. At this point, the jail attender tells them that their time is up.

Karthik's house. An Ambassador car comes in, Karthik sees Shanthi getting down, and eagerly goes to the door. She walks past him, calling for Manisha. He calls to her and asks her how Madhavan Mama is doing. She turns to Manisha and asks how she is doing. K gets angry and asks why they are ignoring him like this, and he is asking about Mama's health, even though Mama had been rude to RK, and then Shanthi turns around and says that he is better. She gives him this look that is guaranteed to kill, and he asks what was wrong with Mama. She ignores him and talks to Manisha, and he repeats his question. She gives him another agni kakkara look, and says that it was due to the neruppu he pathavechufied. Then she walks away.

Lots of food on a table and some hands are reaching out for the food. The four software engrs/terrorists are eating some goodies, which look like takeout food. Looks like they have been doing some cooking also, since there was a covered casserole on the counter. One of the guys reaches out for a dabba, puts some stuff from one of the boxes in it, and then takes one of the other guys and goes out. The other two are wondering where he is headed.

The two guys go downstairs and greet the lady downstairs. They say that they got some sweets for the pandigai from their homes, and they have come to share some of it. The lady's husband comes out to talk to them, and she goes inside to get some of her home-made goodies (I was trying to see what the goodies were, but the dabbas were closed!) Hubby talks to them, and after they leave, wife tells hubby how they are very quiet. He says it looks like she would love to get one of them married to their daughter, if they had one, and she says she was thinking of his sister's daughter. He tells her not to rush, but to take time to find out everything before she does anything.

Shanthi goes to her office, some background song about Alavilla paasam, maaradha anbu and so on, ending with Shanthi, Shanthi, so I suppose it was to tell the viewer that she is a great person. She summons the manager and the auditor, tells the manager to draw up documents to enable her to hand over her post, and she will not be taking any further role in the company. She declines to sign some loan proposal, and leaves. Manager and auditor are wondering about this, and they decide to inform Karthik.

Karthik is reading the paper at home, apparently he does not have to go to the office to earn a living like us ordinary folks. The phone rings, he looks here and there to see if anyone will pick up the phone, finally he gets up and picks up the phone and the auditor tells him about Shanthi's decision. He is surprised and shocked and manages to show some expression, not a whole lot, though.

Shanthi comes home, calling for Manisha again, and asking about Indhu and how she did her exams, and Karthik asks her to stop and she ignores him as usual. Finally, he asks her what is going on, and why she is putting him through this. She says that she does not want to live in someone else's place, so she is giving up everything one by one, and Manisha tells her that she may have lived with Karthik udalale, but not ullathale, as Shanthi has done. Of course, Shanthi being the noble soul that she is, she refutes this argument, and says that this is Manisha's life and place, and Karthik is a mute bystander as always. Shanthi leaves and the camera freezes on Manisha's face. THODARUM ....

The Shanthi - Karthik - Manisha conversations are too repetitive, so I may have missed some of the stuff, so feel free to fill in if I have left out something important.

Update: Friday, 7 November 2008

Thanks to isaitamil.net for the video update. Apologies for the delay in updating (was interrupted by several phone calls). As usual, the focus was on the never-ending Baggage-Shanthi-Manisha saga, with two brief interludes involving (i) Sameer and (ii) Abhi-Srini.

Scene 1. Baggage calls on Daddyo with dejected look. Speaks about thalaiezhuthu and says he has no respect at home. RK rightly points out it was Baggage who had himself created the problem and only he could solve it by sitting down and talking. Baggage reveals that Shanthi isn't even talking. He mentions her having giving up office responsibilities. He also says that when he asked Shanthi why she had done so, she had told him he had no right to question her moves. RK says Shanthi is basically confused and Baggage should have patience and not worry unduly. Baggage says he is fearful that Shanthi's abdication of office responsibilities could be the first step in a series of actions that will culminate in something worse. RK says he is convinced Shanthi won't do anything precipitate. Baggage is unconvinced and begs Daddy to speak to Shanthi. RK agrees. Before taking his leave of RK, Baggage looks at Mummy's photo and sheds a bucket of tears. (OK, I exaggerate, but this "helpless" Baggage is getting on my nerves.)

Indhu brings her report card to Shanthi. Her performance has exceeded expectations. Shanthi says she was concerned as she had not been around to supervise Indhu, having had to go to the village to visit Mama. Indhu reveals that Manisha had filled in for Mummy, waking her up at the crack of dawn and making sure she revised. Shanthi tells her to go share the good news with Manisha and thank her. Manisha comes in just then with Rocky boy. Indhu shows the report card and attributes her good results to Manisha, who modestly said she did nothing, blah, blah. Manisha hugs and kisses Indhu. Shanthi notices that Rocky's face has changed.

Interlude 1. Sameer is being driven somewhere when he spots his Mum on the road. He tells the driver to stop and go fetch Mummy as he sits in the car for security reasons. Ammijaan and driver are in animated conversation, presumably as she is hesitant to follow a stranger. Finally, she lets down her guard and follows the driver to the car and is shocked to see Sonny boy. Sameer tells her to get into the car and asks her how she is. Ammijaan gives him a thrashing. She advises him to give up living for his cause and to start living for himself. Sameer pooh poohs her advice, saying he has a big responsibility. He says it was paasam that made him stop to speak to his Mum but he can't comply with her wishes. He then tells her to leave.

Interlude 2. Abhi and Samanthi in conversation. Abhi asks whether the lawyer had been able to recover Daddy's properties and whether he had spoken to Daddy lately. Srini panics as he fears that the wealth will all go to Abhi. He diverts her attention by saying there were problems as SKPD was still suspicious of Abhi's allegiance as she was living in Charu's home. He says he had to allay SKPD's concerns by saying that Abhi had moved to Mummy's home for refuge from the police. He then says Abhi is in a real dilemma, torn between being faithful to Daddy and having to show allegiance to Mummy. He reiterates that staying with Mummy would be the best course for Abhi.

Shanthi serves Indhu breakfast and calls Manisha and Rocky to get ready to accompany her. Rocky comes and joins Indhu at breakfast. Manisha wants to know where they are going but Shanthi keeps them in suspense. Bru coffee break. All four are headed for Indhu's school. Shanthi tells Indhu to go to her class. Principal conveniently comes out at that point. Shanthi introduces Manisha and Rocky, whom she has registered for joining the school. Rocky tells Principal that he had hitherto been attending a government school, so it is obvious that he will now leave the middle class of society. Principal asks whether Rocky's dad had come. Shanthi and Manisha show discomfort. Shanthi says he will come the next day. Principal then asks Rocky what his dad's name is (Can someone tell me whether kids cannot be admitted to a school in India, especially a private one, without the consent of their dads? Is it so patriarchal a system?) Rocky looks at Shanthi and Manisha for answers. Finally, Shanthi replies "Karthik". Principal says Rocky can start school the next day after filling out all the paperwork and she leaves. Manisha asks Shanthi why she was creating additional problems. Shanthi says the problems that the adults have should not get in the way of the children getting a good education.

Manisha and Rocky call on RK. Rocky reveals he will be joining Indhu's school and seeks grandpa's blessings. RK asks whether it was Manisha's initiative to get RK into Indhu's school. Rocky reveals that it was "Shanthi Amma" who was behind the initiative. Freeze on a surprised RK's face.

O Pat of infinite patience, where are you?

Update for Monday, Nov 10, 2008:

More of the Shanthi - Karthik - Manisha saga, plus a little bit of ACD to placate Bon and some of us.

Opening scene: RK and Manisha. Manisha explains that it was Shanthi's idea to get Rocky admitted in the same school as Indhu, and says that the situation is making her uncomfortable, but it is Shanthi who has tied her up in a paasavalai. She says that she and Shanthi are like two parallel lines with Karthik in between (and so ...?). RK looks distressed, and Rocky enters after distributing the candy to all the children. Manisha and Rocky leave.

The SKM saga is being discussed by Madhan and Rohini, and by Arjun and Karthik, in alternating frames. Karthik says that he doesn't know what to do, and Rohini says that she is worried about Shanthi. Madhan feels sorry for paavam Karthik, and Arjun says the only sensible thing here - Karthik has to decide between the two women.

Kalima goes to Shanthi's house and tells Manisha about her meeting with Sameer. Manisha tells her to go to the Commissioner's office and tell ACD about the meeting.

The four terrorists/software engineers are busy discussing some plans. A car draws up outside, AC Shankar steps out, and the four hurriedly put away their plans, and take out the computer and pretend to be doing various tasks. One guy keeps a gun in his pocket. AC Shankar talks to the lady downstairs, enquires about the guys upstairs, is told by her that they are wonderful people, and of course, he gives all the credit to his wife. He goes upstairs to check on them himself, looks around, sees their ID badges hanging on a nail in the wall, looks at the IDs, and comments that they are all working in the same place, asks how they go to work, etc;, and leaves, apparently satisfied. They heave a sigh of relief.

Kalima goes to the commissioner's office. ACD and Alex are in a meeting with JC, and he gets a call that Kalima wants to meet him (that was not what she was told to do by Manisha, she was told to talk to ACD), and she goes in and tells them about Sameer still being in town. She says that she did not get the car's license plate number, gets emotional and talks about how she would have destroyed him in the womb itself, had she known what he was going to turn out like. She leaves, and ACD and Alex leave, to send people out to search for Sameer in the area where he was last seen.

ACD talking to some cops, and tells them to go with copies of Sameer's photo and search for him in the general vicinity of the area where he was seen. ACD looks at the photo in his hand. FREEZE ...

Nov 11 (Tues):

ACD stops at a housing area and starts showing Sameer's photo to people and ask about his but no one seems to know his whereabouts (all muted dialog). Other police officers do the same and this is shown for some time. ACD get a call from one of his officers and he leaves.

Chinnu, Vishu, theit lawyer and an officer of the court enter SKPD's house. Chinnu is very happy that he has now got the house for himself and thanks the lawyer and tells him to meet him at Vishnu's office the next day to get his fees. After the lawyer and officer leave, Chinnu tells Vishu that SKPD is now on his side and trusts him. He says taht SKPD's house is now his and stay that way foever. He does not want Abirami or SKPD to find out about this. Vishu tells Chinnu not to worry. Chinnu's phone rings and it is Abirami asking if Chinnu isin her father's house and he confirms it. Chinnu tells Abirami not to worry as he and Vishnu will take care of everything and disconnects. Chinnu reminds vishnu again that Abirami should not even come near the house.

Indu and Rocky playing hide and seek. Indu finds Rocky coughing and feels his hands. She calls her mother and aks her to check on Rocky. Shanti touches Rocky's forehead and feels him hot and tell him he might have fever and wants to give him medication. RK is in an elevator an it stops at a floor nd in walks Chinnu and two other men. Chinnu starts to insult RK about his sons having two wives. RK just keeps quiet and when the elevator door opens leaves. Chinnu laughs at RK. RK goes to the orphanage and sits down.

One of the men who were in the elevator calls Karthik and tells him about the incident and also tells him that Chinnu is meeting Abirami. Karthik tells the men he will take care of it and disconnects. Abirami, Chinnu and a few men are gathered for a meeting. Karthik arrives and picks Chinnu off his chair and throws him around and then slaps him. The men get hold of Karthik. Karthik tells Chinnu to stop talking about his family and that he had no right to insult his father and a few more blows to Chinnu. Chinnu starts shouting back with Abiorami.. Karthik warns Chinnu and Abirami to stop medling in his family affairs or he will not hesitate to shoot them and leaves. After Karthik leaves, Chinnu says he will teach Karthik a lesson for hitting him in public. THODARUM.

Nov 12 (Wed):

Continued from yesterday. Chinnu is all tensed up but Abirami tells him to relax. Manisha comes in and sees Rocky ling on the couch. She tells Rocky to get up and study and get good marks like Indu. Shanti comes out of hte kitchen and hears Manisha talking to her son and tells her that Rocky is not well and she had given him some medication. She tells Manisha to take Rocky upstairs and let him rest.

Karthik goes to his father and asks why he asked to see him. RK turns around and says he is afraid to say anything because Karthik may raise his hand like he did with Chinnu. Karthi tells his father that Chinnu had crossed his limit and insulted him and meddled in their family. RK says it is still wrong and if others starts to says something, will he start hitting everyone. RK says he understands the problems faced by Karthik, Shanti and Manisha. He tells Karthik to find a solution. Karthik says he will find a solution soon and leaves. RK is worried.

Karthik returns home and starts calling Manisha. Manisha comes down and Karthik says it is true that the cannot forget their love affair and the birth of their son, Rocky. He tells her besides their love, the life Shanti is living is for her daughter Indu and he is licing for both Shanti and Indu. He also says that Manisha is living for their son Rocky. He says they are all living for others and not for themselves. Karthik explains that Shanthi had gone thru many difficulties and only now they are happy. But that happiness is shortlived with Manisha's arrival. He says after their family affair had comes to the streets they ahve to come to a decision and want Manisha to decide what to do. He tells Manisha to leave their home. Unknown to them, Shanti is listenning and tells them it is not Manisha who has to leave but herself. Both Karthik and Manisha turn around to see Shanti. Shanti says since Abirami and Chinnu had come to know their proble, it is time for her leave because everyone will know about this problem and will start talking. Shanti wants to leave before more trouble starts. Karthik then says he wants to leave because he cannot stand the guilt. Enters RK and says that they are all making the wrong decisions. RK asks if anyone of them leave, will the problem be solved. RK says sometime in future, if someone asks who Indu's fagther is, how will she answer. RK wants to know if Karthik will return to do his last rites. RK starts shouting that the two kids are better than them in accepting the situation. He tells them what is happening now is an accident and they should sit down, discuss the matter and come to a sensible discussion and leaves. Now the three stands and look at each other thinking.

Abirami asks what is Chinnu is thinking. Chinnu says he is quiet because he is thinking about how to torture Karthik. He tells her he is going to leave the matter for now. Abirami says they cannot leave it because what Karthik did is wrong. Chinnu says they must not hurry but Abirami says she is very hurt with Karthik's words. She tells Chinnu to wait until the next morning to see what will happen.

Indu and Rocky playing in teh yard. Abirami and Chinnu arrive with some police. Indu asks what the police wants and is told they want to see their parents. Indu goes in and tells Shanti that the police is there and Shanti goes outside and asks the police what they want. Police asks for Karthik and Karthik comes out and asks what is wrong. Police inspector says Chinnu has made a complait against him. Karthik looks outside and sees Chinnu and Abirami laughing. THODARUM.

Nov. 17 (Thurs):

The police tell Karthik they are there to escort him ot the police station because Chinnu had complained that Karthik had bashed him in public and also threatened to kill him. Karthik tells the police that Chiunnu started it first and if they are going to take action against Chinnu. Monisha and Shanti just watch. Then Manisha calls ACD and informs him. ACD immediately calls Chinnu and tells him to come to the police station and when Chinnu tries to excuse himself, ACD tells Chinnu to take back the complaint he made against Karthik. Chinnu immediately, takes back his complaint. Abirami gets angry seeing this and leaves. Chinnu follows her and explains about ACD's call. He then tells Abirami that they should do something about ACD and Abirami agrees.

Shanti thinks about the incident and Monisha comes to her and tells her about how she had called ACD and made Chinnu withdraw his complaint. Chinnu's son Raj tells his mother about the incident. After hearing this his mother wants to go back and live with Chinnu and tr and change him. Raj is shocked at his mother's decision.

Chinnu tells Vishnu about the incident at Karthik's house. Vishnu too is shocked. Vishnu tells Chinnu to set his anger aside and make sure that all of Abirami's and SKPD's wealth come to them forever. Chinnu tells Vishnu that he is a Dasavarthani and will always make plans and will never give up. The school principal calls Santhi and tells her that Rocky fainted while they were doing prayers and want her to come immediately. THODARUM.

Nov 14(Fri):

Shanti goes to the school and sees Rocky. Principal asks if Roky had been sick like this befor. Shanti says she doesn't know and wakes Rocky up and asks him what is wrong. Rock says he feels faint. Principal tells Shanti to take him to the hospital. Shanti leave the school with Rocky. Indu runs out to see her mother and Rocky and asks what is wrong. Shanti tells her it is nothing and asks Indu to go back to her class. Shanti drives off with Rocky.

Chinnu returns home and sees his door unlocked. Chinnu thinks someone must have broken into the house and slowly goes in. He sees that everything is is place but feels that the area carpet has been placed at its place, dining table is set and everything is cleaned. He walks in and sees his wife in the kitchen, He walks in the kitchen and calls her. He asks her what she is doing here. Rani tells him she came back because of him. She came back because of the bad news she heard. Chinnu says he has changed a lot but his ego prevenred him from calling her back. He is happy that he had come back. Rani asks why he is always with another woman, that people are talking about them. Chunnu says people can talk. Rani says others can talk but someone had hit him. Chinnu says it is nothing and the person has apologized and everything is solved. Rani asks what he wants to eat. Chinnu asks her to prepare whatever she wants. After she goes back into the kitchen, Chinnu starts to thinks.

Shanti takes Rocky to the doctors. and waits while he is examined. After checking him, doctor says it is just fever but asks if this had happened before. Rocky says he gets fever and then will be very tired. Shanti tells Rocky to wait outside. After Rocky goes out, Shanti tells the doctor that Rocky is a cancer patient but was told he is almost cured and Rocky is on medication. Doctor tells Shanti this ma be due to the cancer and asks Shanti to take him to his doctor for check up. Manisha is on the cell with her mother and tells her about her situation. She tells her mother if Sameer is arrested then she will think of something. Indu returns and tells Manisha that Shanti had taken Rocky to the hospital because Rocky had fainted. Shanti calls Manisha and tells her about Rocky and asks her to come to the hospital. Manisha wants to bring Indu along but Shanti says it is ok as Indu can take care of herself, Manisha tells Indu to be careful and leaves. RK comes there and asks if he can come too but Shanti tells him it is ok as she and Manisha can take care.

Anita at home worried. Arjun comes home and Anita tells Rocky that Monisha had called about Rocky and want to go to the hospital. Arjun tells her they should not go now because that will make matters worse. He asks Anita to call and check but Anita is afraid something might happen to Rocky. Arjun tells her not to worry and that is why he does not want her to go to the hospital. He tells Anita to be brave.

Manisha's mother is at the home and is also worried about Rocky. RK comes back and Salima asks ahour Rocky and he rells her not to worry. RK tells Salima that doctors are treating him and they will let them know about him. RK Rocky is also his grandson and his warisu and nothing will happen to him. Karthik asks the doctor what is wrong. Doctor tells him that they will know the results soon. Karthiik does not want anthing to happen to Rocky as he loves his son too much. Doctor tells Karthik to be brave. Shanti, Manisha and Rocky enter and the doctor tells them to take Rocky home and bring him back in 2 days as the results will be in by then. Shanti gets a call from her aunt at the village. Aunt tells Shanti that she and uncle are on the way to the temple and for Shanti not to worry, Shanti tells manisha to go home with Karthik as she and Rocky has to go to the temple. Karthik asks why she wants to go to the temple when they have to go back to the hospital in 2 days. Shanti tells Karthik and Manisha that she believes in God and has to do some prayers but will be back in time to see the doctors and leaves with Rock. After she leaves, Karthik tells Manisha he does not understand why Shanti is doing this but Monisha says she does and leaves. THODARUM.
