rudra goes to mangla for diwaker's picture. the painting is burnt. rudra says she will go to the bavri room with shaku to find out. mangla tells rudra shaku's powers are stronger there and rudra will die. rudra cries and falls to the floor. mangla consoles rudra that when she sees diwaker she will tell her. madhvi tells saurab's dad about mitali and dev, how they were so happy together at the pooja yesterday, so. saurab's dad says madhvi doesnt understand dev is anu's brother, and the relationship saurab and anu had, is this relationship right. tayji says its right, she feels dev likes madhvi. madhvi says saurab's dad is right. tayji says if anu and saurab didnt get married, why punish mitali and dev, why the loss for rudra. saurab's dad says not to talk about rudra. he tells madhvi to call them for dinner. mitali comes and asks. madhvi says her marriage. mitali says she isnt interested. madhvi says then she will call dev and tell him. saurab's dad says he will cancel the dinner. mitali says no then dev will feel bad. mitali leaves.
saurab gives rudra a sari. rudra says this is a bribe because he came home late last night, when a husband gives a gift for no reason, then something is wrong, who was he with. saurab says an outsider. rudra asks saurab if he is lying. saurab says yes hes lying, there can be no one but her, he was joking. they hug. a hand with a bangle (shaku i think) is shown.
dev and anu are outside. anu asks dev why he stopped. dev feels like he was here before. anu says how can this be if this is his first time in india.
anu and dev come inside to saurab's house. they sit. dev thinks why does he feel this is familiar. he looks at the piano and smiles.dev asks if he can play it. he plays the tune rudra always hears.
rudra hears the tune and remembers it. rudra thinks is someone really playing a piano. rudra runs out and goes to the main room. she tells dev to stop. rudra asks dev where he learned this tune. madhvi says dev has been playing this since childhood, what is her problem, why is she acting weird. anu says since the durga pooja rudra is tired, thats why she cant stand this. saurab's dad says anu is right and tells rudra to go rest. he tells saurab to take rudra inside. saurab and rudra go. madhvi says sorry to dev. dev says there is no need, anu told him before about rudra.
mangla says to herself what is this. there is wind and thunder.
anu and dev leave. dev stares at the swing. mangla sees him from the window and is shocked.
mangla says she will tell rudra. shaku appears and says only she will tell her in the bavri room. mangla warns shaku she wont succeed, saurab will always be rudras. shaku chokes mangla and pushes her away.
