Recap:

SK has been stopped from attending the arti of Matarani.

Vaishnavi sees children asking not to be beate and asking for help.

Continuation of Vaishnavi seeing children asking for someone to save them.

Vansh asks Vaishnavi if she is okay, and she says yes.

Vansh says that he knows that she wanted 9 virgins to attend on the last day of Navratri, and he will take her to the orphanage to select the girls.

In Bhadharwa, the Pandit is doing the night arti.

SK is standing outside looking at them.

His bodyguards have not been able to get a hold of SK's childhood friend.

SK can't understand why Matarani is not allowing him to attend her arti.

He vows that he will do the arti. And his bodyguards need to find a way for him to attend it.

The next morning, Vaishnavi is getting ready for the morning arti.

The family starts to come. Choti Bhabhi is assisting her with the set-up.

Badi Ma is still not in attendance.

Vaishnavi gives tikka to CM, and takes her blessings.

CM says that each year, Sanyukta took care of the pujas, but when Vaishnavi does it, it's completely different. They are very lucky to have Matarani's daughter to do puja in their house.

Sanyukta doesn't look happy at this at all.

Vaishnavi takes the blessings of all her elders.

Sanyukta is taking to Moksh and saying I don't know what happened to your mother, and why she is on Vaishnavi's side all of a sudden.

Moksh says to think about what to do next. There will be 9 days of puja, and SK is not at home.

Sanyukta says to keep them out of his plan because she doesn't think he can be successful.

Gautam scolds her that they should be together, and not fight with Moksh. Sanyukta says they will approach her in a very different way.

She says that her brother is coming the next day.

In Bhadharwa, a bunch of men are accompanying SK, and saying that he is Matarani's best believer.

SK says he doesn't understand why he is not able to enter, since he was born in Bhadharwa, and did his first arti in this temple.

He says that it was his ancestors who built the temple, and he will not stay away because of one man.

He asks them not to keep him away from Matarani and acts like he is innocent.

The pandit gives the other pandits permission to let SK in.

SK enters and says that the time for the arti is going, and they should do the arti now.

He watches the pandit light the diyas, and says no one can keep him from his mother. SK tells the pandit that he told him that he would be at the arti, and he is here.

The pandit is not happy to have SK in the mandir.

Vansh and Vaishnavi go to select the girls for the ninth day of Navratri.

While Vaishnavi is getting out of the car, Natasha calls Vansh's phone, and Vansh tells Vaishnavi to go on her own to select the girls.

Vaishnavi sees the sign that was in her vision of the girls being beaten.

She enters the gates and sees the visions again.

Each step she takes, she hears them asking to be saved.

Vansh comes up to her, and tries to find out what she was doing. She says she was hearing the voice of children.

Vansh says since the arti yesterday, she looked worried. But, she denies it.

Vansh says that he is meeting with Natasha in the evening, and will not attend the arti.

They go into the orphanage. They say they have heard a lot about Vaishnavi.

She says that they have girls who can do a classical dance on the 9^th day.

They go into a dance class. Vaishnavi sees the faces of the girls in her vision again.

Vansh takes her out of her trance, and asks her to talk to them.

Vaishnavi says she only came to meet them today, and tomorrow, she will come to see them again.

At home, the people are starting to come to the house.

Vansh joins Vaishnavi at Matarani's alter. He says he is going to meet Natasha, and if anyone asks, he had something important to do. He leaves.

CM asks her to start.

She tells the story of Matarani's 2^nd form – Brahmacharini.

There was a milk and dahi seller family where a daughter in law was taking mild. The mother in law says to go and sell the milk, and bring some money.

The father comes, and says that they don't know what they did bad in their previous life that their son has left home, and left the bahu there, and that the mother in law is making the bahu work. He says that he should be doing the work. They should be taking care of her. He prays to Matarani to take care of her.

The bahu goes to another village, and meets other women who are watering a tree of Matarani.

She takes the mild, and waters the tree. Matarani's hands come from the roots and take the offering of milk.

She hears someone calling her – putrid – It's Matarani in her young woman form – She says she is brahmacharini.

Matarani asks why she put all of her milk on the tree, and the bahu says that she gave Matarani what she wanted.

The bahu says that she will come back tomorrow, and Matarani disappears. She realizes that was Matarani.

Some demons come and say they have been after the bahu, and try to take her away. She prays to Matarani to save her.

Matarani appears, and says not to be afraid. The bahu asks for help. Matarani says to the demons that they are doing a sin.

The demons say that Matarani is also beautiful and they will take the both of them away.

Matarani fights with the demons and beats them. They run away.

The bahu says to Matarani that you saved me, but Matarani says that it was her faith that saved her.

Matarani gives her prashad and says that no one will ever be alone in her house.

At the demon's place, the Senapati scolds his soldiers for not getting him the girls.

He goes on his own to get the girl.

Matarani is drinking the milk that was offered to her.

The Senapati comes to confront her. She scolds him, but he tries to get her to come with him.

She breathes fire on him, and he tries to run away from the fire. The fire follows him, and burns him.

Matarani says that she is always with those who believe in her.

The bahu is at home doing puja. She tells the mother in law that she put the earnings from the milk in the chest, and the mother in law finds gold in the chest.

The parents call their bahu, and the mother in law accuses her of stealing it. She says that no, Matarani Brahmacharini gave her leaves as offerings, and that's what she put there.

The mother in law threatens to throw her out, and tries to slap her – Matarani Brahmacharini stops her – she says that your bahu does fasting all the time, and takes care of your family, and you treat her like this. Matarani says I was going to bring your son back, but now, I won't do it.

The Bahu prays to Matarani that she has been faithful to her, and not to punish her. She wants her husband back.

The husband returns and the mother in law asks for forgiveness. They go to Matarani's murti and ask for forgiveness.

Vaishnavi does the arti of Matarani. Chota Papa does the arti with her. (Each time someone takes the diyas to do arti, Vaishnavi starts to have visions).

Vaishnavi gets the visions she was getting the previous day, and ask Matarani what she is trying to tell her. She asks who are the girls, and what is Matarani trying to show her?

Vaishnavi sees the face of the girl in her visions.

Episode ends on Vaishnavi's face.

Precap: Vaishnavi is talking to a little girl who says she won't participate in the dance program, and doesn't believe in Matarani.
