Shweta to intern in Dil Mil Gaye
After hosting Zara Nachke Dikha with Karan Singh Grover, Shweta Gulati would be soon seen joining him in the troop of doctors in Dil Mil Gaye (Star One). She will be doing a cameo in the show.
Shweta will play a new intern who gets transferred to Sanjeevani and gradually mingles with everyone there. Amita, the creative head for the show tells us about her character: "Shweta will be seen for three months where she plays the character of a new intern who is very positive and sweet. She is a childhood friend of Armaan's, they were best pals but it has been years and they've not been in touch".
Doctor Armaan is how ever not in town, once he is back, he'll be surprised to see his dear friend at Sanjeevani. So, does this mean that there will be a love triangle between Armaan, Ridhima and this new intern?
"Not, at all… she's not playing a negative character and she will definitely not come between the love-birds", Amita reveals "She will very much remain single and will not be paired with anyone either."
According to Amita, Shweta's cameo might turn into a longer role too. "We've just introduced this track… if it goes well, we would extend her cameo," says Amita "we signed the characters of Rahul and Muskan too for a cameo but later, they became two important characters of DMG".
Shweta has started shooting for the show. She will make an appearance in the show on Thursday.
