hello friends.....

iam also rajasthani..so specially love this seriall a lot....its really fantastic

we all know that now a days people hev changed alkong with time....but in earlier days it was not so..becvause the conditions were not same....so thus for some specific reaosns these all rituals were created ....there is a reson behing for every ritual...

eg- wife eats in the plate in which her husband has eaten food.

reson- to increase love between husband -wife..specially in wife,s heart.

please if anyone know some more ritulas n resons behind post them....

Ritual- A women should take "ghoongat" in front of men other than her husband

Reason=coz at that time they used to believe that agar ek suhagan ghoongat na le to uspar kisiki buri nazar padti hain

would post more as i remember them

That may be the reason but then shouldn't husband eat in wife'splate for same reason. I just find most ofthe rituals are in favor of men. ( personally I hate to eat in a wet plate can never eat from my husbands or kids plate. & i don't think my love for my husband is any less.

Sorry if I have offended any one but tell me a rutual where a man has to do something to prove himself. For example why only women do Karva chauth or equivalent not men?

agree with suwas, all rituals consider females lesser mortals compared to man.

What anandi is asking is correct, why tauji can remarry and a lady cant remarry. I was so tempted that bhairon shud have asked his mom, that yur husband is no more..so arent you a yourself a bad omen

these rituals are carried from the olden days

at that time the men were considered to be superior and the family was patriarchal(superiority of men) and the women were considred to be the ones to maintain the house only .as men were superioir to them all the rituals were to be performed by the women for eg.Sati practise...i.e if a husband dies a women cannot marry other one so the remainin life for her is of no use so she must also burn alive during the burning of dead body of her husband🤢 I JUST HATE ALL THIS!!!

yaa its not associated with Rajesthani custom only.

i think its just equally worst for grls to be rajesthani as Muslim grls...

becoz condition of females in muslim religion is even more worse.

no it's wrong i m muslim.islam doesn't says to eat in a plate of a man or don't take feet outside the home.islam says go for education with safety.islam doesn't says that house hold work is only work for woman.there r many muslim girls who r on big posts and most popular so plzz don't say it without knowing it.

Male superiority problems are world wide and in all religions. Some more liberated than others. Edjucation has lot to do with people understanding equality and human rights.

These rituals have lot to do with social, enviormental and economic reasons after them. Gungat was for protection for women from strangers. Lots of men in muslim countries and border of India were fighters and were not home to protect women in their homes. If men does not know what one looks like and who is the person in Gungat then less likely to bother them. I also believe that also with wife using the same plate had to do with shortage of water for cleaning the dishes.( Love does not grow by using dirty plate and if that so why husband does not use wife's plate.)
