Is mihir really the murderer?

hey all is mhir really the murderer? if so then isnt harsh the actual murderer. unless harsh is black mailing mihir and then mihir has to say "yes tulsi, i am the murderer". it also could be mansingh who is blackmailing mihir or it even could be meerji....
