wow i gotta give it to the interns and doctors of sanjeevani at their organization..........
for rahuls birthday party they knew they were goin to dance to pappu cant dance
so the dance wouldnt be complete without the baby's bib and silver spoon!!!!!!

wow cant believe their intelligence...they packed the spoon and baby hat before hand to take to the pub because they knew it would go with their dance!!!!!!!!!

gosh theres a reason why these people are interns and senior doctors!!😆

Or maybe they got the silver spoon and bib from the bar ... Silverware is readily available in the bar ... and remember people are not on their best behavior in the bar - they might cast their crumpets so that explains the bib ...... 😆
