Ali's family is in the restaurant business, but he had a passion to become an actor and his family supported him in pursuing his dreams. Ali started his television career at the age of 15 with Ek Do Teen Char. After that there was no looking back for him. Bhakhtiyar Irani
Bhakhtiyar started his career with Farah Khan as an assistant. He also did some modeling assignments after which he joined Air Sahara as a flight purser. But he returned to acting on his sister Delnaaz's insistence. He re-started his acting career with Batliwala House no-43. Bhakhtiyar also has his own production house under the banner Tannaz production inc. His claim to fame is Batliwala House no -43, since people started calling him Shahurkh Batliwala after show's popularity and was very well appreciated in Nach Baliye where he paired with Tannaz Currim.Dancing according to him is a stress buster and a integral part of any actor's life. Whenever he dances he gets too lost not realizing the time spent. He used to dance for 12 to 13 hrs in a day when he was assisting Farah Khan.
