HE USES THEM WHENEVER WE HAVE AN EPI WHERE THERE Z A PARTY.... OR BASICALLY THEY ARE NOT IN THE HOSPITAL......

EVEN THE TEES N 3/4THS HE WEARS IN DMG (APNE GHAR PE)....ARE HIS OWN...I BELIEVE...

maybe both shows have the same designer!!!!!!

and both characters are replicas of karan -original-same clothes repeat.....maybe to make him look more reall than filmy.

Ermm i think the people who make the clothes for the cast let them keep it afterwards, because thats what normally happens with movie stars too...
