The biggest truth of Ghar ek sapna from the first episode is that Kakul is the heroine and Sujit is the hero

Because of personal and professional problems Gautam gives a contract to kidnap Kakul and asks samman for ransom to compensate the losses he has borne in business because of him,she is kidnapped,the whole incident takes a political colour due to Omshanker,s involvement,a bloody political and underworld war starts which only Sujit can handle,Sujit rescues kakul but in the whole struggle he mysteriously disappears and later declared dead.Devika loses her mental balance and loses her speech,is quiet and bedridden,omshanker leaves everything and leaves Mumbai with the kid....as samman doesnt want to keep Chirag,the whole omshanker house is devastated,Kakul enters the vacated house where she watches Trisha's photo and admits that she could not fulfil her dream as because of her ,Sujit passed away....
She happens to go to a college in Mumbai where a fashion show is organised,designed by Sharad and Devika and bangs into someone...now she is very restless.later we reveal in a flashback that she had banged into a college guy who is exactly a look alike of Sujit..he is a famous and good actor in his college,Kakul asks him to pretend to be sujit to help Devika come back to normal,this guy takes the place of Sujit,starts talking in Bihari,nobody is able to make out that he is not real Sujit,he is so perfect,and trained by kakul....When Bausaab comes to know about it he comes back with chirag...kakul tells him everything...but the turning point is that this guy ...........................falls in love with kakul instead of Devika and the story begins......Kakul doesnt reveal the true identity of this guy to samman,Now this guy expresses his feeling to kakul,due to which there is some misunderstanding between Samman and kakul....when vashika comes to know about Gautam's deed and that contract she seperates and leaves him,misunderstanding between kakul and samman grows and samman leaves kakul and starts living in with vanshika.....This college guy is with kakul in all her miseries and is spoiling his age,dreams and studies and family life just to fulfil kakul's cause to get all her near ones back....she starts liking him.....kakul in emotions forces him to get married to Devika to which he agrees for her but one day.........................................Sujit returns..........and......watch for yourself !!!
