Epi kicks of from where it left. Sita crying and wishing why she is not dead yet, why her Raghav is not yet here to save her, hanuman hears everything and Trijata leaves after consoling Sita a bit.
Its dark night, Sita weeping; hanuman starts humming the RAMKATHA song and gradually starts to sing louder. Sita looks here and there and hanuman keeps singing.
Sita is enthralled, happy full of emotions, tears rolling her eyes. The song finishes and Sita says:
Who r you who is pouring the name of my Shree ram to me? Please come up, surely there is some one here, come out , come out, someone from my lord is very welcome to me. Come out
Hanuman then throws down the mudrica and talks from treetop that he is servant of Shree ram.
Sita wants him to come down and a tiny hanuman comes down.
Sita is suspicious how a vanara can be her husbands servant. To give her assurance hanuman talks to her about shree ram.
Sita asks: you have done so much, just tell me how this ring came into my lord?s possession?
H: you gave it with your own hands to your lord to give to kevat. Mother I also know one more secret, the pallu you used to tie the ornaments of yours, they fell to our king Sugreev. When we showed it to Shree ram, he was so pained , he remembered how you used it to provide shade to him, wipe his feet. Mother! do not worry, soon my lord will come up and take you
S: if he remembers so much, why isn?t he here yet? Why is he making me bear all these pain?
H: please have patience mother, he will surely come
S: how can I? I have been waiting and bearing all these for such a long time.
Hanuman keeps giving her assurance. Sita is apprehensive as to how can an army of vanaras win over the mighty Rakshashas. To assure her, hanuman takes his huge shape. Sita is convinced. Now she is worried that its morning and others might see hanuman. He has to return safely, crossing the ocean.
Hanuman replies as he is the secret spy of his lord, he will have to gather information about the opponent, judge their strength and show some strength to scare them of their opponent Shree ram.
With Sita?s blessings he ran to plunder Ashok Vatika.
He was hungry and in mood to play. So he uprooted trees, broke brunches, picked fruits, jumped and danced and made fun, enough noise to drag a group of guards. They come and threaten hanuman and he has a lot of fun beating them to pulp in a minute.
These guards report to a senapati and he comes with a bigger consignment. They bring along ropes to die this unruly monkey. Off course hanuman is waiting for them. In the meantime he just uprooted the largest tress for time pass and started finishes all available bananas.
They soldiers come and tie the rope around him. Hanuman waits till all the ropes and tied and then pulls the ropes and this is enough to knock all the soldiers unconscious.
The he lifts his gada and goes to the commander. Moments later, the defeated commander lies at his feat.
With a leg on his breast, hanuman declares:
GO TELL YOUR SINFUL KING, THE MESSENEGR OF MIGHTY LORD RAM HAS ARRIVED AND SOON THE LORD HIMELF WILL ARRIVES TO PUNISH HIM FOR ABDUCTING HIS WIFE.
