when did sitaji gave birth to a child?

when did LAV,KUSH born?i mean where&when?and why sitaji gave birth to a child after 14 years?

there is a place called Sitapur near Lucknow.Thats the place where the horses(some story i dont remember) were left and Luv and Kush caught those horses.Those horses were left by Ramji.and then Ramji came to learn about his sons and Sitaji.I am not clear in the story plz correct it.
