I also agree that choti maa has only told Sadhna half the truth and the rest probably has something to do with Vasu.

i think she told her half the lie. other half she hasnt made up yet (or could be possible that she already has a lie about vasu made up, but she's trying to seem "nice" by not saying it, but she will find a way for sadhana to indirectly find out later)
