Sayantani: I’m not living in with Bharat

Sayantani Ghosh is livid! It€™s another thing if people would assume she€™s living in with somebody if she was seeing him.

But Sayantani insists that she€™s not even in a relationship with Bharat Kaul who comes in Jiya Jale, the actor she€™s been linked with. €œI do know him but I€™m not seeing him. He€™s from the same city so I know him,€ she says of the actor who€™s much older to her.

Sayantani is upset about these rumours doing the rounds because they€™re affecting her parents. €œSo many people have asked me about this but it€™s not true at all. My parents are in Kolkata and this has reached them too. They€™ve been very upset. My mother€™s been unwell and to top it all, these rumours came out,€ she rues.

A case of smoke without fire then? €œI have no idea,€ she says, €œI€™m not even a party person who goes and meets people so others can put two and two together.€ Besides, Sayantani says with three shows, she has no time for a relationship. €œI€™m so busy with work, I think any man would run away from me!€ she says with a laugh. The actress says that she has not been home since last December because of the amount of work she has.

She can be seen in Naagiin, Ek Se Badhkar Ek and Ghar Ek Sapnaa on SaharaOne. €œI€™m getting a lot of appreciation for Ek... I€™m in the top four now. People can€™t get over that the girl next door can dance like this,€ she says. As for Ghar... Sayantani has been acting in the show for the past two years since it started. Hasn€™t she got bored of it? €œI€™m not bored but yes, it tends to stagnate a bit. But the scriptwriters are trying to make the story more interesting by introducing new twists to the show,€ she adds. Naagiin too will see a new twist when her husband discovers that she€™s an ichhadhaari naagin .
