Shahrukh hires Yasir Arafat for IPL

ISLAMABAD: Renowned Indian actor Shahrukh Khan has inked agreement with Young Pakistani All-rounder Yasir Arafat to represent Kolkata Knight Rider in next season of Indian Premier League (IPL) while Pakistan Cricket Board has also shown green signal to Yasir Arafat in this respect.
Sources closed to Yasir Arfat told this agency, Indian famous actor Mr. Khan held telephonic talks with Young Pakistani All-rounder Yasir Arafat followed by his superb performance in the county cricket.
Shahrukh Khan also invited Yasir Arafat to represent his team named "Kolkata Knight Rider" in next cricket season of Indian Premier league (IPL) and also sent a representative to finalize modalities of the agreement.
Yasir Arafat, who represented Pakistan in one test and 8 ODIs matches, followed by insist of Shahrukh Khan has agreed to ink agreement and said he has no reservation to play in next season of Indian premier league on behalf of Kolkata Knight Rider, however, he said, he would take green signal from Pakistan Cricket Board in this respect.
The management team of Kolkata Knight Rider also contacted relevant authorities of PCB and discussed views to take services of Yasir Arafat.
PCB has also shown green signal to Yasir Arafat. It is merit mentioning here that Pakistani All-Rounder Yasir Arafat took 7 wickets in one test match and made 44 runs, 4 wickets in 8 ODIs by making 48 runs and 551 wickets by making 4914 in 136 first class matches.Arafat made his ODI debut in 1999 and has played only 8 matches so far.He has been on the fringes of the Pakistan squad for a number of years though given the allrounders ahead of him - Abdul Razzaq, Shahid Afridi and even Shoaib Malik - he could not become a permanent member of the team.

Though Yasir (Yas as he is known) has not played much international cricket, but he is certainly a star performer!! He is the man of crisis in batting and the main man in bowling!! đHe wasn't that good when he debuted for Pakistan in ODIs, but now he's much more matured n polished all rounder! He is a genuine allrounder..bats well,bowls well!đđđ» I sure am a BiiiG fan of this guy! He is one of the sweetest and most humble cricketers in Pak domestic circuit!!đ„°He is a regular performer in Pak's domestic cricket as well as county cricket in England. Infact, he's more famous in England than in Pak!!đ He is in the Kent team.. he won them the last T20 championship... and this time ,too, he is the leading wicket taker in the ongoing T20 championship.
He swings the ball big time, can bowl effective reverse swings and has a lethal yorker in his armory!
He can defo succeed in IPL coz of his accurate bowling n big hitting!
But the question is: Will he get a proper chance in IPL playing for KKR?? KKR already have lot of overseas players and most of them are reputed ones...Will Yas be able to get in? KKR already have good fast bowlers in Shoaib Akhter,Umar Gul,Ishant Sharma and Dinda..How will KKR accomodate Yas in the team? Will he just sit in the dug out n watch the matches? I hope not..
