Celebs having fights in public is not a new phenomenon. But it's usually restricted to B-Town men. Onlookers in the ladies room of a posh mid-town nightclub were shocked recently when they witnessed Manisha Koirala and Feroz Khan's daughter Laila Khan screaming at each other over a man!
Not with my man!
One source maintains that the man in question is Manisha Koirala's new beau, Chris. However another source says it was not Chris, but Manisha's date for the evening. It all began when Laila began talking to Manya's beau.
Laila met the guy before socially and soon they began talking animatedly. This wasn't liked much by the possessive girlfriend.
Laila, who has recently separated form her husband and is seeing Pooja Bedi's ex-husband Farhan Furniture was by herself that night.
Long chat
The Khan girl is a relatively new addition to Mumbai's social scene, and was happy to see a familiar face in Manya's escort and ended up chatting with him for a long time.
Screaming contest
A little while later, she was in the rest room when Manisha walked upto her and told her, 'stay away from my date'." Laila, didn't like the tone of the actress' voice and snapped her to, 'mind your own business.'
Soon it turned into a screaming match with the two women accusing each other of all sorts of things.
Name-calling
Manisha accused Laila of throwing herself at her man, while Laila called the actress a has-been and an insecure woman. It was only a matter of time before the ugly scene in the ladies room was being discussed in the lounge area. The actress and her date for the night left the place shortly after.
When contacted, Manisha said, "Chris has never come to India!"
