Maybe you forgot but there are other couples in the show... so even when AR get together..there will be stories with other couples romance getting a move on, and maybe unique twists for AR which they will fight together and not breakup again hopefully, and also its a hospital drama..so they can always have stories of new patients the doctors have to attend
