| The battle of the sexes hits the dance floor in "Zara Nachke Dikha" |
A run-in between boys and girls on the dance floor is in the offing through Star One's new reality show, "Zara Nachke Dikha". The show was launched recently at The Park, New Delhi, and goes on air in July. The hosts are the vibrant Karan Singh Grover, Arman Malik of "Dil Mil Gaye" and the vivacious Shweta Gulati. The sizzling Malaika Arora Khan however is the highlight of the show. With no elimination and no public voting, the destiny of the teams will rest purely on the jury's verdict. Careless clashes and the usual taunting lead to a hilarious gender war as the judges — dancing queen Malaika and the witty Chunky Pandey take the battle forward.
"The show is 11weeks of sheer fun, with no hard feelings, vote outs or eliminations that would hurt the participants," says Ravi Menon, the Executive Vice President of Star One. "Participation of child artistes makes the show popular among kids as well," he affirms. Malaika adds, "The kids have a better energy level." As a team of eight stunning ladies gear up to fight a battle with their dancing shoes on, there will be eight charismatic men out to prove their dancing mettle! Who will sweep the jury off their feet — the gorgeous girls or the brawny boys? Watch "Zara Nachke Dikha" on Star One to find out.
