Ismail Darbar has been one of the mentors for the previous two series but he's not in it this time...

Would you have liked to see him in this series as well?

I would have 😃 I thought he was gr8 in the previous two series!

Yes I would prefer him to Adeshji because all he did on VOI was argue with Alkaji and Abhijeetji. 🤢

He has proved twice that he is the best mentor. More with last season when he took Poonam to that great heights. A contestant who had zero background as far as learning music is concerned turned into one of the best ones when she got eliminated. Still can't forget her Vande Mataram.

He will definitely be missed.

Ismail is a great mentor but a horrible looser. He should not have reacted the way he did after loosing C2008. That is the only reason that he is not a judge this time.

God, even the thought Adesh being the judge makes me nauseous.

I am okay with him. But after the SRGMP 2007 Finals, there was a lot of controversy and comments passed by him agains Zee, which caused some friction. Hopefully they burry the hatchet and come to terms.

Mentors are too emotionally attached to their contestants.

Well at least ID always had some comments, compared to our great Bengali Judge who gave a maximum of 7 points to all, Bappida.😆

yeah i like him! ofcourse m gona miss him

he is a great judge.. he speaks his mind!! dats y i like him. he always had great and strong singers in his gharana
like Nihira, Amant and poonam.
