i think it is himani...because she has holds the mike in a different style....i really think it is himani.......

well the episodes are on the weekends and mondasy at the max so the episode results are leaked out by those who know the show members clossely
after the voting date expires
they shoot the next day itself to avoid complications
and so it is prerecorded

All this sounds so ridiculous.. You know what guys, we have been voting for these singers all throughout this week... Yesterday somebody announced in IF that Raktima is voted out but even yesterday night Zee was urging viewers to vote to save their favourites! They have been showing all these ad banners with the singers numbers and SMS code all throughout the week (incl. yesterday night)!! And today I read that people already know that who is going to be voted out next week!!

So are these results all fixed! And people are voting out of ignorance, thinking that it might save their favorite.. Why is SRGMP resorting to such unethical practices ???

I think that zee tv will not resort to unethical practices.I think they will count the votes till wednesday morning,because the contestants need to know who is eliminated and they will have to sing for thursday without the eliminated contestants.The episode for today,thursday, would have been recorded on wednesday evening.The deadline to count the votes for that week may be wednesday morning.

I have a really stupid question.. I read somewhere about the MTV anchors to be on the show.. It will be telecasted on a later date... Correct me if I am wrong.. But people do know atleast 3 days in advance which actors will be coming through promos.. So if promos are being aired, the show has been taped..

I know that AI here is telecasted live.. and I definitely know that SRGMP doesnt work the same..

I might sound unpleasant and stupid but here are my views on this entire show:

(a.) First and foremost this is a show to generate revenue for Zee TV, for they are in serious business.

(b.) Therefore, they will go by what people want to see in the show. If they want to see Rajeev becoming the winner, they can do that as well. How do you know that the elimination based on the SMS is authentic? They might make up the numbers and we have no way to come to know about that.

(c.) It is "their" show and thank God that so far they were maintaining some purity. But even before c2005, in some of the earlier rounds, I felt that the results were not truly reflecting that day's performance. After all they must be paying something to the contestants or based on their availability for the next recording, the results must have been influenced/altered. We all know that what we get to see is not the "whole" show but edited and abridged version. So it is all in the hands of editors to highlight the good or bad or OK performance to "justify" their decision. I have heard this kind of allegation by many film stars who have alleged some directors to have "cut their scenes" or "truncate their roles" in the movie after the shooting is completed. So it could be very much possible here too.

(d.) Many times I have felt that couple of rounds were recorded in space of 1-2 days only. For example all the episodes with Shiv Hari appeared to have been recorded in space of 2-3 days. Definitely it was not week by week basis. Think of it anyway, to get all the four mentors/judges/guests on same day and same time at same place is anyway difficult.

I can go on but suffice to say that all these shows are not "real competition" and one should not get too involved. Enjoy the show on its merit only and do not read too much into that.
